Overall, the hotel made a good impression – it's well-maintained, with a very pleasant terrace and pool area. Breakfast and dinner were served partially as a buffet – in the morning there was bread, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruit, plus the option to order from a fixed menu (around 8–9 dishes). Dinners also had a partial buffet (soups, salads, starters, desserts), and a daily-changing menu with four main courses to choose from. The dishes were nicely presented, and you could see the effort and attention to detail. However, sometimes they felt overly elaborate – the flavors didn’t always work well together and didn’t always hold up. That said, I appreciated the creativity and variety. The pancakes were definitely a highlight – truly delicious. Unfortunately, the last two days left a negative impression – during breakfast, I noticed ants walking around and under the fruit tray, which completely ruined my appetite. It’s a shame because the hotel has a good location and offers peace and quiet. Due to the hygiene issue, I’m giving it a final rating of 3/5.

5th event visited this hotel. The hotel very Designed end relaxing place. 🤟🏼😉 clean and delecaded food! Real handmade bread😍 very good location and best of breakfast. Clean wellness 3 saunas. Maximum 5 minutes walking to lake balaton!

We visited this hotel in August. Before we reserved this accommodation I asked the hotel the food options especifically vegan options. They calmed us there is a possibilty for this. Natrurally it was not and they couldn't solve it at all. The second problem was the wifi because it wasn't. The wellness area did not work as well.Only one sauna worked and on Sunday afternoon they turned off.Not to mention the hot tub or the steam bath it also didn't work. The food was terrible it tried to be gourmet but not very successfully.Overall, it was my worst hotel experience.I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Very clean room, excellent facilities. Wellness-spa space is great. We had a fantastic time hear. The food, breakfast-dinner are five-star quality. Very delicious, great variety.

It was a very nice and lovely stay, the personal there is really helpful, each and every questions and types of guest they are able to handle. All the meals were just beyond our expectations thanks for the chef. The professionalism of the director and the food and beverage manager makes this place attractive, their job are definitely outstanding. By the way there are some happy hour in the lobby when you are served cocktails 50% off, which is nice. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the wellness is just big enough to recharge your batteries. The hotel is in the near vicinity of the Lake Balaton, so there is no a reprehensible thing. Nice job Hotel Aura Balatonfüred.
