it's good overall to be recommended

working remotely is great here! nice place with quite lounge in the morning hours great coffee and nice cocktails in the evening after long shift! we had nice board games with snack in game room and after we went to spa which was exeptional!

I wanted Hotel in the center of resort and It was great option to choose ! everything is nearby and they have their own parking which is very comfortable! food is great , rooms are cozy and clean , great staff and nice game room!

I wanted a hotel that has facilities for kids and It was It!! my son was happy seeing kids-room full of toys and books ! we had great dinner as well salmon steak was exceptional! Also had some cocktails in Lounge and it was high class ! thanks to Sapphire

there are carpets in room and its very comfortable , there was a coffee machine in our room, drinking it on room balcony before going on breakfast was great! I love sweets in the morning and when I went down they had delicious cake on breakfast and I was more than happy!

had a lot fun with my wife there, nice staff and food as well, burgers are awesome I didn't knew if there was any burger options in Bakuriani. We tried sauna as well and it was clean and comfy. enjoy your stay!

already second-time visited hotel Sapphire , atmosphere is great food is delicious, it's cozy, and great for families as well, they have kids' room and playroom with PS5. Had a lot of fun there! go and enjoy!!

My good advice is stay away from this pithy pathetic excuse for a hotel. I’ll list some of the reasons. Of course, if you enjoy rap music from the hotel bar blasting through your hotel room at what seems like a thousand decibels at 1am at night and the staff only reluctantly turning it down after threats to call the police, then by all means this is a place for you. But normal people are not likely to get any sleep here. Other “treats” on store for you: - they never clean the rooms, bring fresh towels etc. unless you insist a hundred times. During our werk-long stay they never changed the beds, not once. - the food in the breakfast buffet which we paid for to be enclosed in the rate (and not cheap) is very poor, extremely poor choice and they seem to run out of stuff minutes after they open and never replenish it (each day they ran out of hachapuri Georgian cheese bread and would only provide it if we paid extra). - the location is in the old part of town, the mountain view which they claim to have is non-existent, and if you open the window instead of clean mountain air you get whiffs of cheap and extremely nasty-smelling cheap local petrol from cars in the street wafting into your room. Overall, we paid the equivalent of IS$200 a night for a “family room” for 3 people but only got two standard separate rooms which was highly uncomfortable and we felt was false advertising. It feels that the owners of this poor excuse for a hotel use every opportunity to rip iff customers, incl. false advertising and what suspiciously feels like positive false reviews they wrote themselves on travel sites. Amazing hotel with high quality of service The breakfast was quite varied, I enjoyed it from the moment of arrival I should also mention that the hotel has a lounge where you can taste delicious food and amazing cocktails.＜3
