Walking 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️ distance from the airport, just walk directly to the hotel, you will see right infront of you. Quickly Bypass the Taxi Hawking parking lot into the path in the trees leading into the only building the Hotel, Walk through the beautiful Rosa Damascena, pass your hands on the fragrant Rosemary planted next to it The Hotel interior is beautiful and clean, the Staff give a good impression of how friendly Azerbaijani folks can be, from the Receptionist girl that checks you in, to the Door staff. The rooms will have more drinking water as I was dehydrated after the flight and the water was gone in seconds. Talked to the staff they said they will immediately start adding more bottles of drinking water to all hotel rooms, they did so as they showed me they have a whole storage room full of drinking water bottles. Breakfast was very nice, Breakfast Waiters were extremely helpful. Night Bar/Restaurant also nice, a very patient waiter went through all their Menu on phone then he went through the whole menu again in person, until he saw I was satisfied with my choices. Highly Recommended

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. 손님에 대한 놀라운 관심... 이 테는 정말 기준을 뛰어 넘습니다... 고급 호텔에서도 찾을 수 없습니다... 모두 지원하고 도움을 주기 위해 거기에 있다고 느꼈습니다... 끔찍한 긴 시간을 보낸 후 아주 일찍 도착했습니다. 여행.. 최대한 일찍 체크인 할 수 있게 해주셨음.. 동일하게 아침먹으러 늦게 도착한 다음날에도 친절하게 응대해주셨음.. GM님 축하드려요 뒤에는 항상 좋은 선장님이 계세요 다른 섹션에서 잘 작동하는 팀. 훌륭한 사람들이 계속 유지합니다! 안부 마르코

체크인할 때 문이 고장 나서 전자키로 열 수 없다고 해서 열어주는데 다음날 고쳐준다고 하더군요. 물론 고쳐진 적은 없었고 매번 직원에게 열어달라고 요청해야 했습니다. 정말 어색한 느낌이 들었습니다. 그러던 어느 날 어떤 여자(그 사람은 여기에서 일하고 있었던 것 같아요)가 내 문을 열고 들어와서 내가 자정에 내 방에 있는 동안 나를 보고 미안하다고 말하고 도망갔습니다. 그게 무엇인지는 모르겠지만, 그들의 개인 정보 보호에 대한 생각을 어느 정도 알 수 있습니다. TV가 작동하지 않았습니다. 케이블이 말 그대로 찢어졌고 WiFi가 여러 번 끊어졌고 한 번은 24시간 이상이 되기도 했습니다. 샤워 헤드가 고장 났고 샤워기에서 나오는 물이 예상대로 흘러 나오지 않았지만 바닥으로 바로 향했고 화장실은 실제로 바닥에 부착되지 않았습니다 (다행히 통신에 부착되었습니다). 그럼에도 불구하고 저는 여전히 이 호텔이 가격 대비 괜찮다고 생각합니다. 방은 좋고 크고 깨끗했으며 개인 발코니가 있었고 직원들은 정말 친절했습니다.

This hotel is near to airport and having excellent services. The room is big and contains all amenities. The breakfast could be better but you can enjoy your stay. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for stay in Baku and complete your stay. All the best!!

I am a Marriott Gold member travelled with friends, we chose to stay at Sheraton. The experience and hospitality was absolutely pleasant. We were pleasantly (with a big smile) greeted by Mr Orkhan at the lobby and he was very happy to consider our requests and provided room upgrade and also connected room. The room had a great view and spacious. Orkhan made our experience very delightful. He gave us suggestions on places to see and restaurants to go to. Marriott you have an excellent employee in your hotel, your customers will be well taken care. I will recommend the hotel and stay to family and friends

Good location. Service lacking. Every night they look the (empty) mini bar, and have to call for it to be unlocked. Clean rooms.

Уютный отель, хорошее расположение. В номерах чисто, сами номера просторные. Вежливый персонал. Вкусный завтрак, но не совсем разнообразный. В номерах не хватает освещения, так как очень высокие потолки, а лампы на такую квадратуру не тянут)
