'방도 더 넓고 시설도 너무 좋아요! 웨이터도 매우 열정적입니다. 우리는 아침 7시에 가게에 도착했습니다. 우리는 오래 기다려야 할 줄 알았는데 매우 빨리 체크인했습니다.'

'Een hele goede plek voor een tussenstop. Het is precies wat je nodig hebt: parkeerplek, schone frisse kamer, heerlijk bed en top-ontbijt. Alleen jammer dat het restaurant dicht was. Dat snap ik wel, maar ik kon het op de website niet goed zien of het restaurant/bar gedeelte open of dicht was. Gelukkig is er in het dorp vlakbij genoeg open. Heerlijk bij Gasthaus Rössle gegeten in dorpje verderop.'

'Prima Hotel. Prima kamer. Voor de t****e keer bezocht. Er is echter een duidelijke achteruitgang te zien betreffende service. Receptioniste vraagt bij ieder contact of je gast bent. Dit terwijl je meerdere gesprekken voert. Het restaurant heeft schijnbaar een nieuwe beheerder die grof is tegen zijn personeel en ook tegen klanten. Wilde betalen met kaart en apparaat weigerde. De man verteld dat dit mijn probleem is en niet zijn. Uitermate klant onvriendelijk. Eten in kwaliteit minder geworden.'

'We recently stayed here for a leisure trip, and it was a great experience overall. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The room provided to us was a corner room, which I love! It was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The room also offered a lovely city view of Maximilianstraße, adding to the charm of my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short distance from the train station and the airport bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The Wi-Fi and heating worked well. The only downside during our stay was that the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs, which was a bit inconvenient with us carrying our luggages. Despite this minor issue, I had a wonderful experience overall. The cozy lobby and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. For the price, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'

'Abbiamo pernottato per 2 notti in questo hotel ad Agosto. Appena arrivati ci hanno dato una camera tripla vecchia e senza aria condizionata, erano giorni di caldo afoso ed a Memmingen si arrivava a 37 gradi di giorno, dopo una sentita lamentela con l'addetto di turno a cui abbiamo chiarito che avevamo pagato una camera tripla con aria condizionata circa € 360 per due notti con modi non proprio gentili ci ha cambiato la camera tripla non climatizzata con una doppia con il terzo letto aggiunto climatizzata , da notare che ci hanno fatto pagare la doppia quanto la tripla che era decisamente più grande e comoda. In sintesi la classificazione di 4 stelle per la nostra esperienza risulta eccessiva sia per il livello qualitativo della struttura, delle camere, di conseguenza il prezzo rischiesto risulta a nostro parere troppo alto per lo standard qualitativo proposto, abbiamo inoltre capito a nostre spese sul posto che nella zona centrale della città potete trovare di meglio a prezzi più convenienti. Sconsigliato.'
