The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds and a bunkbed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.The location is unbeatable. The bay is just a few houses away at the end of 21st Street. Avalon's charming town center is nearby with restaurants, shops, bars, and family-friendly activities. The 21st Street beach is easily accessible by bike (6 minutes), or a quick drive (4 minutes), and all borough lots offer free parking.Outside, enjoy the oversized front porch or unwind in the backyard. A full-size gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and cushioned swivel seating make it a great place to gather after a fun-filled day. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach. This almost new, professionally decorated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath three story single family home has all the bells and whistles to make this an incredible vacation retreat for everyone in the family. Two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath (1 bedroom with 2 twins and a bunk room with 3 twin beds). To the rear of the first floor sits the laundry room and a family room that overlooks the pool and cabana area. The family room has a new pull-out couch with comfy gel memory foam mattress and a deck to enjoy the backyard view.Located on the second floor is the gem of the home, a huge light filled living room with gas fireplace, multiple windows, 2 sliding doors and cathedral ceilings. The kitchen will be sure to impress with a 250 bottle subzero wine fridge, wolf range, wolf double wall oven, and french door subzero refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Large center marble island and a separate dining space comfortably seats the whole family. Off the living room is a fiberglass deck that allows for partial sun and partial shade suitable to your preference. Great views of the bay and seating for 8 with a grill perfect for evening meals.
