The garage and carport are unavailable, but there is space for 4 cars to park on the property and free street parking. Guests often mention that it is more spacious than the pictures depict. It's a spacious place in the perfect Austin location. Including all the amenities you would want: - 3 bedrooms king/queen/twin bunk - Central AC and Heat - The living room has a lot of areas to hang out and enjoy the 65" TV - 1 full bathroom with tub and shower combo, 1 full bathroom with a walk in shower and a half bathroom - Kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave - Coffee is provided and complementary - Free Wireless Internet - Private, fenced backyard with comfy outdoor seating - You will have access to the house with a key pad - Plenty of off-street parking and 4 spots in the private driveway -Pick your own peppers in the yard -Complementary welcome basket with local snacks! You will have full access to the home and yard. The key pad makes coming and going easy. We are close if there are any issues, but will give you complete privacy. Situated in Austin's East side yet close to HWY 35 with many walkable options. -Close to UT -Walk to Moody Center -Coffee just a few blocks away There are many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Moody center is about a 20 minute walk. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Is the yard fenced? Yes. The backyard is fenced. Is noise an issue? No. the house is close to UT and the downtown area, but it is on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. What is the parking situation? There is plenty of parking for a car or two in front of the house and plenty more on the street. Distance From: Airport - 6.7 miles 6th Street / Convention Center - 1.5 miles Zilker Park - 3 miles Domain - 15 miles University of Texas/Moody Center - .5 miles Is the space wheelchair friendly? There is gravel and pavers to get to the front door. Once inside, the downstairs is very open. One primary bedroom is on the main level. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. What is in walking distance (within 1/2 mile)? Coffee- El Tigre Coffee Roasters, Bennu Coffee, Mi Mundo Coffee Restuarant - Rockstar Bagel, Salty Sow, Sour Duck, JuiceLand, Austin Daily Press Bars - School House Pub, The Wheel How do I check in? A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us! Is a Pack n Play Available? If you let us know ahead of time, we can have a pack n pland and/or high chair at the house for you. Can I extend a stay? To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout. Can I change or cancel my reservation? It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund. Are pets allowed? We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 2 dogs with a 100.00 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats. Service vs Emotional Support Service dogs have received specialized training to perform a specific task or tasks for an individual with a disability are considered service animals. Please provide the documentation and the pet fee is waived. Emotional support animals are important as well, but they will be charged the pet fee. Are there extra pillows? We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well. Are extra guests allowed? If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:) Is smoking allowed outside? Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests. Could we leave our luggage? We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags. Could I have an early check-in or late checkout? We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner. What is a MUST do in Austin? We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
