I had a bad cold in the plane as it was super cold. so I went to the hotel for early check in or for a room for a quick shower. The front desk is very cold and rude, and said I need to return in 4 hours since the room is not ready. Today before checking out I see many rooms are in fact ready by the same hour. I explain that I need to take a shower to avoid the situation to worsen or otherwise I will fall sick. Any arrangement would be great, even a dirty room. She said no. I in fact got sick today.

Customer service at front desk was lacking most of the time. I booked and paid for this room thru *******, hotel never got the reservation, so the suite I requested and paid for, was not available because the manager of the hotel was living in it. This hotel also billed me for the room. I was double charged, waited weeks for the refund. The pull out couch, which we needed, was broken. Front desk was not helpful in finding a solution such as a fold up cot or another couch! Very uncomfortable stay for my family. Breakfast service ran out of milk on our 2nd morning. How can children have cereal without it? No one could go to Walmart, located across the street, to buy more? It’s unfortunate, we travel to Austin quite often, but I won’t be staying here, or booking thru *******! Poor communication between hotel and *******. I overheard other customers who were having similar reservation experiences.

The rooms stink, the ac didn’t work and the front desk guy was so rude about it when I asked to leave and get a refund. He wouldn’t print out a receipt and said only ******* could do that. He acted hostile so I didn’t want to stay there to switch to a different room.

As long as you realize that this is a budget hotel, you will probably be just fine. Service was awesome. Efficient and friendly. Front desk called after we got settled in our room and asked if everything was good with the room. Room was good size and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC/heat was quiet. The carpet in the hallways needs replacing. But I am sure that is a budget issue. The breakfast was good. Overall a good stay. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Carpet in the room was stained, very low water pressure-on the first floor unit, no cold water in the bathroom sink, asked for a blanket and was told they only have sheets. I've stayed at this property multiple ties before and this was the worse experience. Went to get coffee in the morning during breakfast and it was cold. Asked the female employee in the dining area if it can be changed and she said no because there's still coffee in the container.

The front desk service was excellent, the water in the shower was luke warm with not much pressure. I called the front desk and they called maintenance. Water was a little warmer for one day, then back to lukewarm. When we checked in there was 2 partial rolls of toilet paper with just a little bit on each roll. I had to find a room attendant to get some more. Beds were comfortable, coffee in the lobby was really good.

It was fair but not real good. The reason we chose this one was for the hot tub which was about 40 degrees. It was cleanish but old and worn. The whole floor smelled of pot. I guess this is what you get for this price. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the property is in poor shape. When you pay by card they charge a $50 deposit which then has to be returned after. I had low expectations for the breakfast bar but not even those were met. They had cereal available but no milk. Ice water would be a nice addition.
