Looks newly remodeled The house was very accommodating for our group. It looks like it was recently remodeled and the owner are still in the process of upgrading certain minor things. Very spacious and a great kitchen, too. Very clean on the inside and maybe eventually some landscaping and outside seating area would enhance the property.

The house was in the perfect area we needed to get to COTA. Restaurants were very limited in the area. My biggest complaint was the neighborhood. Cars lanes in front yards, next door neighbors with extremely loud cars and trucks that were started at all hours and neighbors blocking the driveway with a van. But my biggest complaint is the rooster that started crowing every morning at 4am till about 8am. Disappointing.
