오레 호텔

Nous avons apprécié cet hotel récent , personnel sympathique à l'accueil et au restaurant; quelques hic , ne pas avoir bénéficié du tarif sénior , pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, pas de savon dans le réservoir de douche , manque évident de personnel au petit déjeuner , une seule personne pour réassortir les produits ( pluisieurs en manque à 9 heures ) débarrasser les plateux et s'occuper du check-out ; ce sont des détails à améliorer pour un 3 étoiles ( bien méritées par ailleurs )

위치가 반드시 이상적이지 않다면(전체 ZA) 유일한 불리한 포인트이지만 반면 저녁에 매우 조용합니다. 나머지는 리셉션을 시작으로 완벽하고 모든 것이 거기에 있습니다. 미소, 설명 ... 호텔은 매우 잘 관리되어 있으며 객실은 다른 곳에서 찾을 수있는 것과 일치하는 교육 및 아침 식사 표준입니다. 호텔 옆에있는 A l'Aparté 레스토랑은 훌륭하고 자동차도 모든 경우에 유의하십시오.

Résidence bien située, aux portes de Vannes et à 2 mns d'un Centre Commercial. Parking gratuit + piscine. Logement propre mais + ou moins bien équipé en fonction du type de logement. Bonne literie. Très calme (septembre). Personnel agréable et réactif. 2 ème séjour effectué et pas le dernier !

Séjour un peu décevant pour un ”4 étoiles” de la gamme dite ”Prestige” : la décoration de l'hôtel et des chambres est assez passe-partout. L'extérieur n'est pas terrible. Le bâtiment est coincé entre une voie ferrée et une route assez passante. Les fenêtres sont mal insonorisées. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner n'est servi que jusqu'à 9h en semaine, sauf les semaines de vacances bretonnes (tant pis pour les vacanciers des autres régions comme moi...). Côtés positifs: les chambres sont grandes, les lits confortables et le choix des aliments et boissons du petit-déjeuner très vaste et qualitatif. L'accueil est gentil.

In ottima posizione in città. Dotato di parcheggio interno (comunque nelle vicinanze c'è un parcheggio pubblico) Personale molto affabile e cortese. Stanza decisamente piccola ma pulita. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a fare una doccia calda: questo è un fatto per me molto importante. Colazione di buona varietà Albergo pulito

My partner and I had booked our room five days prior to our stay. On arrival, we were informed that the newly renovated Spa and Well-being centre were not open. This was particularly disappointing as my wife was looking forward to using the spa facility. When we asked at reception as to why we were not informed (no spa facilities) at time of booking, the staff could provide no answer other than give a shrug of indifference. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions over the past ten years, prior to the refurbishment (Hotel Ocean Manche) and we were disappointed that the hotel has lost all of its Gallic charm. The exterior of the hotel now looks like a shabby undertakers, the bathroom (in our room) had lost its bath and bidet, and was now (post-refurbishment) cramped and poorly finished. The coffee facility in the bedroom is a Nespresso machine stuck in the open plan wardrobe, there are no glasses in the room, (when we asked for a couple of glasses at reception, we were given paper cups). Though advertised, there was no available Netflix or Amazon available to view. Overall very disappointing, and I am somewhat dubious of the numerous reviews listed on the hotel website that seem to heap praise on the wonderful bed linen? Finally, despite numerous complaints to the hotel, and Original Hotels Service Quality department regarding the lack of advertised facilities during our stay, no apology has been forthcoming, other than one email from the Service Quality department apportioning blame on the Hotel Maury (no response whatsoever from the hotel).
