리리뷰어I can't say enough good things about our stay! The room was great! It was clean & quiet, & we had a view of a wooded area. It was nice to watch the birds while relaxing. I didn't expect the kitchen to be so nice... larger fridge than normal for a hotel room, 2 burner stove, microwave oven, sink, & dishwasher. Also, pots, pans, plates, cups, & glassware. Every employee was very kind, especially the sweetheart that works at the desk in the evening. I didn't get her name, but I know you'll know who I mean if you go. She was so very helpful & kind.
The only thing I might suggest (from my husband) is to leave the coffee station up in the lobby later. He said the coffee there was better than what's available in your room.

리리뷰어Our stay at The Lodge was nice. There were a few little things that I questioned, but that honestly is normal & did not really effect our stay. Everything in the lodge was clean & I do not know what wonderful smell they are pumping through the building... but walking into the lobby was wonderful!
The decor was nicely decked out in holiday cheer! The Christmas Trees were beautiful too. We booked a King Suite, as the pic on Trip.com showed a jacuzzi tub in the suite. This is not the case. In fact, The staff at the front desk said they have not had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms for over 8 years. That was a disappointment...
And King suites do not have a balcony, but Queen suites do have a balcony with sliding doors! They front desk did not offer to help with that misunderstanding, as offering a ”Fireplace room” (they said the jacuzzi rooms now had fireplaces after the removal of said tubs??... but no fireplace in my suite) or offering anything else... probably because I booked thru a third party(trip.com). It was definitely a spacious room, but a little overly ”roomy” with just a king bed, 2 nightstands,the entertainment/dresser, completely with a fridge in the cabinet, a very small ”dining table”, a glass coffee table & a pull out couch. The thermostat was set at a scorching 75 degrees, which I immediately turned down. At first, I figured it was just a fluke, but the power did go out one evening & sure enough, when the power was restored the thermostat reset to 75 again! We dined at the bar on a few occasions, which was nice & staffed ok, not the latest hours for a bar. The food is good & of course a little pricey. I'm sure there is a lot more to do during the nicer seasons... the answer for everything it seemed was ”it is the off season”.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay in wine country & probably will return next year.

리리뷰어이른 저녁에 온라인으로 미리 예약했을 때 엘리베이터 근처에 방을 요청했지만 방에 도착했을 때 엘리베이터에서 가능한 한 멀리 떨어져있었습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 9시 30분에 남은 것이 전부인지 아니면 무엇인지 모르겠습니다. 별로 가득 차 있지 않은 것 같았습니다. 우리는 물건을 옮기는 번거로움을 원하지 않았기 때문에 불평하지 않았습니다. 또한 이 호텔을 포함한 많은 페어필드 및 메리어트 호텔에는 현재 화장실이 매우 낮습니다. 아이들에게 좋을 수도 있지만, 그렇지 않으면 ”장애가 있는” 무릎이 좋지 않은 나이든 여행자(여행 커뮤니티의 상당한 부분입니다)에게는 오르내리기가 어렵기 때문에 문제가 됩니다. 더 높은 화장실이나 모든 욕실에 정기적으로 손잡이를 두는 것이 더 좋을 것입니다.
