"The air-conditioner didn't work properly, I reported it to a manager of the hotel, he sent someone the next day to check, he said everything was fine and working properly. I stayed in other branch of club esse in stintino which the air-condition was very cold. So for me wasn't working at all, it was pumping warm air without cooling. Also I didn't like the club esse card to pay the drinks. I was asked to pay a deposit for €5 which they gave me back in the end of stay. I credited the card €20. At the end of my stay there was €2 left on the card. Even though it was only 2 euros, I asked to be refunded, they told me that couldn't be refunded because I used a debit card, which i wasn't told when I got the card. So if I had €30 or 50 left on my club esse card? I couldn't be refunded?! And waste my money because we can't pay drinks with cash or card? This is really unfair! and how to steal money to people's! "

The main pool area was well kept and quiet (as lots of the apartments have their own pools) and breakfast became something we looked forward to everyday!"
