Outstanding property with top notch service. Clean, luxurious and very friendly staff made our 8 day stay very memorable

Hi a Reasonable hotel, however on one of the busiest roads in Sardinia and the road noise is constant, the hotel has tried to hide the noise with constant music playing from random speakers in the flower beds, unfortunately due to its position above the road it acts like a funnel and the noise is amplified.. In addition, due to this busy fast road with many lorries and coaches it unsafe to walk along it, so you need taxis for any journey and assuming you can get a taxi which is hard enough! the minimum fare is 30 euros for a 1/2 km journey and a 25 min journey to olbia is 100/150 euros minimum... The hotel was built in the wrong place!

Absolutely beautiful property and excellent staff! The level of customer service is that of a Four Seasons hotel. Anything you need the concierge is ready to help figure out how you can get it! The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Clipper, Belvedere were two that we absolutely loved! You absolutely need a car to explore the island or scooter if you plan just to stay in the area. Breakfast was good. Only wish we had a down comforter since it’s a little chilly in October; would definitely come back during warmer months.

The service is Amazing!!! Open your door and enjoy the view while you stay at this beautiful location buried in the hillside. The staff are all incredibly helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! Breakfast is included

Perfect 4* hotel, but tbh it’s better than some 5* in Porto Cervo where I stayed previously. Definitely will choose this hotel for my next stay in Sardinia. All the hotel staff is so caring and friendly. Very easy parking and safe territory. Breakfast was served in cosy little garden terrace near the pool and choice of food for breakfast just perfect. Ideal driving distance to supermarket or beach or Porto Cervo centre. Loved everything. 10 out of 10. Thank you for all staff for making our stay so special

I had high hopes for our stay at Relais Villa Carola, which was supposed to be the highlight of our year. My partner and I were so excited for this stay. Sadly, due to an unexpected personal emergency, we had to cancel our trip. We reached out to the hotel with four days’ notice, explaining our situation and hoping for some understanding. Unfortunately, we were met with zero flexibility. The hotel refused to offer any kind of refund or even a credit for a future stay. Losing $5,000 like this has added so much stress to an already difficult time. We were really just hoping for a little compassion, but it feels like they only care about their bottom line. It’s incredibly disappointing that a place with such a good reputation could be so unsympathetic. If you’re considering staying here, just be aware that if anything unexpected happens, you’re on your own. I expected much better treatment from a hotel like this.
