"장점: - 프런트 데스크의 젊은 여성 직원이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며 전문적이었습니다. - 객실에 티포트와 신선한 우유를 요청했는데, 미소를 지으며 신속하게 제공해 주었습니다. - 침대 시트가 더러웠던 문제를 전문적이고 사과하는 태도로 처리해 주었고, 객실 교체를 제안받았지만 거절했습니다. 단점: - 트윈 침대 시트 두 장 모두 더러웠습니다. 한 장에는 곰팡이나 기름때가 묻어 있었습니다. 더러움이 새로 생긴 것은 아니었지만, 어떤 수준의 호텔에서도 용납할 수 없는 불쾌한 일이라고 생각합니다. - 체크아웃 시 직원이 퉁명스럽고 불친절했습니다."

더 타벳 호텔 ★★★

"호텔은 너무 오래되어 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 심해요. 시설은 너무 소박해서 30년 전 중국 게스트하우스만큼 좋지는 않아요. 방에는 환기를 위한 창문이 있지만, 도로 위 차 소음이 귀청이 터질 정도로 시끄럽습니다. 호텔은 T자 교차로에 위치해 있고, 1,000위안이 넘는 가격은 좀 부담스럽습니다. 300위안이나 500위안이었다면 좋은 평가를 주고 합리적이라고 생각했을지도 모르겠네요."

"좋은 호텔. 방은 조금 작았지만 괜찮았습니다. 충분히 따뜻했지만 밤에 난방이 꺼지기 때문에 이른 아침에 약간 추웠습니다. 바에서 라이브 밴드의 음악은 방에서 쉽게 들립니다. 불행히도 엘리베이터와 온수 욕조는 모두 작동하지 않았습니다. 바쁜 여름 기간에 수리되기를 바랍니다."

"Beautiful location,luxurious accommodation and wonderful staff, we had 3 lodges for a family birthday and everything was amazing from start to finish, Garry and his team are amazing there if you need them and leave you to enjoy your stay. The grounds and the hot tubs are fantastic and there’s a barbecue hut and gym, try the hotel next door (about a 5 minute stroll along the waterfront) the food is great, wether you want to relax or try some water sports or explore the area this is a top quality base. We’re already thinking about going back 👍"

The Caledonian Claymore Hotel ★★★

"We stayed at this hotel during a 4 day Caledonian Coach Trip. The hotel itself is undergoing upgrade with apparently £900,000 being spent on it but it still has a long way to go. Our room was on the ground floor and supposed to be a twin but it should have been a single as it was tiny. The room was dusty and the teaspoon was rusty as shown in photos. The bed wasnt comfortable and we could feel the springs in the mattress. We couldn't be moved as we were both disabled and no lift in the hotel. The water in the shower was only lukewarm also all the times we tried to use it. The piano lounge and bar were nice and comfortable with plenty of stuff to do but take note the 4 free drinks vouchers per day are very limited. It was good too see all the staff were British and friendly, Caledonian should be commended for this. The dining room looked newly built but the window we sat next to was leaking and a soaking wet towel lay there the whole 4 days we were there. Dinner was very regimented as we had to sit where they told us to and not with the rest of our coach party. The food was nice but presented in a 5 star way which doesnt fit in with a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was a buffet which is what dinner should be as table service just isn't fitting for a 3 star hotel. Overall we wouldn't stay here again. It still needs a lot of work done to bring it up to standard and needs a thorough deep clean."
