Great hotel in a great central location. Can walk to everything from here. We had a ground floor room and were very happy with it. The buffet breakfast was excellent and a very good price. We had our breakfast and afternoon drinks on their outside patio and watched the world go by. But the best thing of all was the excellent staff. They were very helpful with our every needs and a pleasure to talk to. They were the icing on the Hotel La Mutte cake!

This beautiful old hotel is very close to the Amphithéâtre—a well-preserved Roman arena in the heart of Arles. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are quite nice. Our party of three had a very nice room up a flight of stairs from street-level. We arrived by train in the early afternoon, and they happily stored our luggage until a room was ready for us. We stayed the night and had a late departure the next day, and hotel staff made it clear that we could again store luggage and use downstairs facilities after checking out in the morning. The lobby includes two excellent lounge areas with books and old furniture. It’s kind of like spending the night in a museum. I would definitely want to stay here again if I came back to Arles!

Our first impression was that we were miles from town in the middle of nowhere but after taking to the friendly receptionist it turned out we were only a 14 minute walk away along the river, a very pleasant stroll to attractions and restaurants. Bedroms were clean well furnished and fairly spacious. Breakfast was a bit of a non-event, good coffee but very limited items and not great quality. There's a swimming pool for those staying a while and a pleasnt bar. We didn't try the restuarant but it was very popular (maybe because there were 2 coach fulls staying). I'd stay again because it's very easy to find off the motorway.

Le personnel est à l'écoute, volontaire et efficace en cas de problème, c'est devenu rare depuis la crise de la ”covid”. Parking gratuit spacieux et petit prix, donc je recommande cet hôtel simple mais accueillant. Si le matelas vous semble un peu dur, n'hésiter pas à en parler à l'accueil, il y a toujours une solution, j'en ai fait l'expérience.
