우리는 도착에서 출발까지 여기에 머무르는 것을 좋아했습니다. 직원들은 더 친절하고 도움이 될 수 없었습니다. 우리의 큰 높은 천장의 방은 바쁜 거리와 카페 활동으로 Place du Forum을 바라 보았다. 온도가 30 년대 밖에있을 때 시원한 에어컨 헬프였습니다. 우리는 'de luxe'방에 여분의 돈을 지불했고, 우리가 한 것을 기뻤다 - 세련된 장식, 아름다운 욕실과 충분한 공간. 거대한 편안한 침대. 훌륭한 커피와 좋은 아침 식사. enclosed 정원의 작지만 매우 환영하는 수영장. 위치는 완벽했습니다 - 역사적인 아를의 중심부에 있지만 역사적인 명소뿐만 아니라 매우 좋은 레스토랑과 아이스크림 상점과 가깝습니다. 이것은 정말로 가장 즐거운 장소였습니다 - 전심으로 그것을 추천 할 것입니다.

This beautiful old hotel is very close to the Amphithéâtre—a well-preserved Roman arena in the heart of Arles. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are quite nice. Our party of three had a very nice room up a flight of stairs from street-level. We arrived by train in the early afternoon, and they happily stored our luggage until a room was ready for us. We stayed the night and had a late departure the next day, and hotel staff made it clear that we could again store luggage and use downstairs facilities after checking out in the morning. The lobby includes two excellent lounge areas with books and old furniture. It’s kind of like spending the night in a museum. I would definitely want to stay here again if I came back to Arles!

Beau bâtiment historique, ancien hôtel particulier rénove. Excellent accueil souriant, avenant, attentif aux clients, vous vous sentez de suite à l'aise. propreté et confort de la chambre, excellente literie. Petit déjeuner buffet complet et copieux, varié et de qualité, grande disponibilité du personnel, toujours attentif et à l'écoute. Hôtel de 3 étages sans ascenseur (bâtiment historique oblige) mais le personnel très serviable et réceptif vous monterons vos bagages ,attention les marches du troisième étages sont un peu plus hautes. (Petit bémol, la douche de la chambre 32 manquée de pression, parfois c'était un filet d'eau) . Hôtel idéalement situé prés de la station de bus et à quelques minutes de marches des principaux sites touristiques. Hôtel calme ,agréable, charmant, je le recommande. dans l'hôtel le restaurant de MANOU peut vous restaurer.

My husband and I just returned from a 10 day trip to France and our stay in Arles was by far the highlight. It's a charming town with quaint shops and fabulous restaurants without high traffic. Avignon is just a 20 min train ride away. But most of all, Hotel De La Muette made our time in Arles so memorable. It's a gem of a hotel with spacious rooms and brimming with character and charm. The manager, Silvie, was fabulous and made us feel like a welcomed guest in her home. She was always attentive to any need we had whether it be directions, making dinner reservations or lending her wine opener. It's a great location and walking distance to everything and the train is only 10 mins away. We selected this hotel from the Trip Advisor reviews so of course felt compelled to add to the many compliments of this hotel. We miss it already!

예약은 트리플 룸, 더블 침대, 싱글 침대, 침대가 편안하고 객실 에어컨이 좋으며 호텔 체인이 매우 좋습니다! 호텔은 역에서 조금 떨어져 있으며 소녀들이 짐을 끌기가 어렵습니다. 그러나 그것은 관광 명소에 가깝습니다!

Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel per la sua posizione strategica, non troppo lontano dal centro storico di Arles e vicino a punti dove avevo vari appuntamenti fuori Arles. Mi era piaciuta la loro filosofia di sostenibilità ambientale ma dietro questo buon proposito ho trovato solo tanta trascuratezza sia verso il cliente che nei servizi. Le camere sono semplici ma le pareti sono sottili e se il tuo vicino è molto rumoroso il riposo non è assicurato, non viene cambiata la biancheria per sostenere il pianeta ma neanche se bagnata o sporca, la pulizia non è il loro forte sia nelle stanze che nelle sale comuni, posaceneri sempre pieni in qualsiasi momento del giorno nell'area esterna e durante la colazione bisogna controllare prima di sedersi e soprattutto le posate e i piatti. Breve ma brutta esperienza.

Our first impression was that we were miles from town in the middle of nowhere but after taking to the friendly receptionist it turned out we were only a 14 minute walk away along the river, a very pleasant stroll to attractions and restaurants. Bedroms were clean well furnished and fairly spacious. Breakfast was a bit of a non-event, good coffee but very limited items and not great quality. There's a swimming pool for those staying a while and a pleasnt bar. We didn't try the restuarant but it was very popular (maybe because there were 2 coach fulls staying). I'd stay again because it's very easy to find off the motorway.

For business people who meet for a small conference right next to the highway, not a bad place. It's in the middle of a commercial area, with Lidl and Intermarchais right next to it. Burger King, McDonald's, etc. are also nearby. Bus parking available, so tour groups who just need a place for the night might find this hotel convenient. Lobby is fairly small, but they have a lounge nearby. Breakfast area was nice, and outside there is a pool, and a garden setting. Good breakfast, warm and cold items. Staff could barely speak English, very overworked, and abrupt. Rooms are very small, you hardly can move. However, our bathroom had a tub, very nice. No fridge, microwave, or phone in the room, not to talk of an ironing board and iron. We were dropped off by our bus, and so faced ca. 25 minutes walk to the old town. Not pleasant at all. But a good bed, there is NO noise from the outside or the freeway, amazing. The area is really ugly.
