Good customer service from Natalia in reception. I had a tour early morning and couldn't get breakfast but she told me to get a breakfast box as it is the policy. Unfortunately, for dietary reasons what was offered the next morning was not ideal. She then told me to go to breakfast and get what would be there as well as a hot milk /coffee from the coffee machine or even buy a capuccino, latte from the waiter. However, to my surprise, the next morning, a waiter called Alfredo, was so rigid and not flexible at all. I arrived 15 minutes before breakfast and refused to serve me any hot drink. For someone who stayed 3 days, a bit of flexibility would have been welcome. Alfredo, you let NOVOTEL down.

Once again I will try and review this hotel as trip advisor didn't like something in my last one. Great hotel, great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast and good location. What more do you want, would definitely recommend.

Technically this place is very good. The hotel is new, rooms are comfortable, large enough and well equipped , free parking and good WiFi. However front staff was not very efficient, breakfast was very average and most importantly the hotel is very impersonal and unattractive. Location is also unpractical, quite far from the center. Altogether not too bad given the attractive price, but, having tried both, clearly below the Antay, which is roughly in the same category.

Nuestra cena tenía Apetices. Decía " Bolitas" plural, venía solo una, muy deliciosa. Entrada de carpacho de salmon, muy rico sublime con las salsas, idea genial de plato de entrada, la causa muy seca y algo seca, su aspecto muy parecido a un rollo de sushi. Falto cremosidad. Terrina de pavo muy rica y el puré muy natural y rústico sabor agradable. La plateada esquisita blanda y su exquisitez de arroz cremoso y si sabor claro y agradable al paladar, buena porción. Postre muy clásico el brauni y rico, el creme brulee delicioso su crocancia del caramelo algo grueso, en global buenísimo, cremoso y dulce.Resumen, buena porción, delicioso, ambiente familiar y lindo entorno del restauran, algo no acostumbrados son los perros, creo que debieron consultarnos sobre el sector de perros, así como el sector de fumadores, consejo para el futuro, Precio muy pero muy aceptable, felicitaciones Buen trabajo, Adicional comenta mi hija mayor la Terrina perfecta Muy adecuado, rápido delicado y amistoso, la atención de nuestro garzón apoyado por la jefa fue un gran significado de preocupación por nuestro bienestar y agradable estadía, en los tiempos justos de termino y reposición de los platos y vinito, Muy profesional y amistoso. Excelente. Nuestro garzón nos enseñó a cocinar el carpacho es uno morenito alto de moñito, muy gentil y cordial. Allí se refleja su liderazgo, insisto, buen trabajo. El garzón se llama Benjamin y su líder Paola Ordoñez

El servicio impecable, recomendando. Nos atendió ricardo en el restoran y se preocupo de que todo salga bien. Patricia también siempre atenta. La comida del restaurant el gallo cojo muy recomendado. Hotel moderno y limpio. Buen ambiente
