What a gem of a hotel. Lovely spa attached and Lydia is too wonderful. Fell asleep whilst she did my facial. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you organizing everything you need. Rooms are lovely and big. Good value for money.

Hotel was a building site. Should not have been open for guests. Heavy drilling and machinery from 8am every day. We spoke to reception but did nothing to help. Rain came in through the skylight. Please avoid. We had to change hotels and they did not care. Were more concerned with trying to charge us the tourist tax as we walked out

We stayed at the hotel for 12 nights with a couple of friends. My wife and I had room 304 which is a very large room with a balcony - side sea view. The room is great and very comfortable. Has a mini fridge, safe, coffee maker with capsules and kettle etc. Very comfortable bed. The hotels location is perfect - a few meters in a side alley of the promenade. Many cafes, shops and restaurants 3 minutes walk away and so are the beautiful turtles. We rented a car and always found parking on the promenade even if we had to wait 5 minutes for a space. The breakfast is not large but you actually have all that you want/need including eggs made to order. The hotel has a spa which my wife used. The receptionists Georgia and Lilia are very kind and helpful and so is the entire staff. Recommended! If we ever return to beautiful Kefalonia we will no doubt stay here again.

Nice hotel. Good position, near the shore and near entertainment/restaurants. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly Our room had an 'open' wardrobe - which was disappointing and no drawers or other storage other than shelves too high for my partner. Breakfast was a bit disappointing though it matches the pictures on their website so can't complain. The outdoor bar was closed and is much more gloomy than shown in the pictures

Fantastic room with nice view. Room was very spacious and had a balcony on one side and a small terrace on the other to take in the view from two different angles. Warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. They offered a nice variety to choose from.

This place is a shambles! Booked a premium room for 7nights, checked in to our so called premium room with garden view, the garden view was straight across at a guy's flat with all his washing hanging over the balcony. The balcony was tiny and not as described, glass shower cubicle in the room with zero privacy from the flat opposite. We asked to move rooms & were moved to a standard room at the front of the property, the next morning, the entire contents of the air con unit emptied all over the TV & dressing area with water everywhere. We were told we had to change rooms again, 3rd room in less than 12 hrs!!! This room was next to the original room so aswell as the neighbour staring straight at us, we now also had workmen drilling, using an angle grinder and swearing & shouting for most of the morning. Breakfast was ok but by this time, we'd already made up our minds that this place was a shambles and we were no longer prepared to stay here any longer! We booked another hotel for far less money which was absolutely stunning compared to this so called Boutique hotel! I cannot emphasis this enough, if you want a quality stay in argostoli, this place is not it! No cocktail bar, garden bar was not open and totally overgrown, horrible place! Poorly advertised & extremely misleading! Book it at your peril!
