아크 호텔 쉬르 메르

Hôtel trés bien placé ce qui a permis de profiter pleinement d'Arcachon dans des conditions idéales. Anciennement classé 4*, il est actuellement 3* mais menacerait d'en perdre encore une sans mener quelques travaux de rafraîchissement plus profonds! Le rafraichissement des chambres a été léger (note pour le design du lavabo originel!) et celui des parties communes inexistant. Le petit déjeuner a été copieux et varié, attention cependant, l'approvisionnement du buffet dépend grandement des équipes présentes. Parlant du personnel, j'ai trouvé au niveau de l'accueil des différences notables également sur l'amabilité, et reste encore surpris d'avoir a payer a l'arrivée les petits déjeuners alors que la chambre avait déjà été intégralement payée et que nous aurions pu prendre d'autres consommations en cours de séjour a payer au check out. Pingre au regard d'une chambre facturée 250 Euros! Ceci dit et pour finir sur une touche positive, le séjour, le balcon et la terrasse avec piscine restent un must en été a Arcachon!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was not a bad base in Archachon, an easy walk into town and to the ferry terminal. We opted and paid for the continental breakfast which was pretty basic, just coffee, juice and 2 pieces of bread (or 2 croissants). The hotel is starting to show its age but still has a level of charm.

I contacted your hotel on the 3rd Sept Day 5 and again this morning the 4th September Day 4. When I contacted on the 3rd the person I spoke with had poor English and when I spoke today I was told to email. I have been trying to cancel my reservation due to being very unwell and I have had very little help. I was even hung up on my a male staff member being told he was too busy. When I phoned today Anna told me I couldn’t get a refund but they would change the dates but the terms and conditions allow refund. I have messaged, emailed and rang and I still haven’t heard back and this is a last resort. Please could someone look into the above.

This is a modest hotel with a lot of pluses. The hotel offers free parking and a swimming pool, is on the beach and well-located towards the centre. The sea view from the bedroom is wonderful, the air conditioning is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the smell of the croissants every morning. Breakfast was adequate. There were several families with small children. A good family hotel.

Great location on the beach ,Hotel clean the staff are absolutely Brilliant . The reception staff can't do enough for you providing all information on arrival, breakfast was quite adequate providing fresh breads and pastries.

Séjours de 2 nuits hors saison et vacances scolaires. Petit hôtel confortable et très calme, balcon avec vue mer et accès direct à la plage, à 10/15min à pied du centre. Literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnels très sympathique. Le parking de l’hôtel est gratuit.
