The other hotel reviews here are pretty accurate. We wanted something fairly last minute for a day on the coast and it worked for us because we really only needed a bed for the night, so we were probably only in the hotel a few hours. The arrival etc worked for us so no complaints there but….as per other reviews the hotel is VERY tired and in need to complete renovation. Rooms are really dated. It’s very unloved - there was a balcony but the table on it looked liked in had last been cleaned 5 years ago….We didn’t use the wifi but there is no aircon and we were street side which was very noisy until about 1am and then again from about 5am with lots of deliveries etc. It is brilliantly located, metres from beach, restaurants, Main Street etc so if you want a bed for the night in the centre of Arcachon and aren’t too fussed about quality, then this may work for you as well but staying here for any length of time probably wouldn’t be for us.

Room not ready on time - got in at 17:30, parking full, plenty of room for improvement. Overall demoralized staff who can’t explain the reasons for delays. Hotel well located which is its only advantage.

My spouse and I stayed 5 nights in June 2022 and enjoyed our stay thanks to Laurent @ the Front Desk. You arrive here as a guest & you leave as a friend. This is the reason why we will come back. The beach is only a few meters away as well as all the shops. A Leclerc Supermarché is also very near.

This studio apartment was reasonably priced, great location, had a bathtub and plentiful hot water. We had stayed here before so expected the decor to be tired and dated. But the reception was closed 90% of the time and the lack of staff clearly showed in the lack of attention to detail- the wifi did not work at all (it took us two days to even get the log in code as it was not in our room). We were a family of three given just two towels, which were not changed once all week despite a sign in bathroom saying they would be. And only two chairs on balcony, and 2 drinking glass only. Disappointing. We will look elsewhere next time we travel.

L'hotel est vraiment très bien placé pour un prix encore raisonnable. Décor et mobilier plutôt anciens mais propres, chambre et coin cuisine qui peut être fonctionnel , Réception sympathique mais attentionavec des horaires limités. Bon petit déjeuner

Accueil très très sympathique.. Très différencient par rapport a d autres structures. Studio très confortable.. Baignoire a rénover

La résidence est très bien placée, à 5mn à pied de la gare et une minute de la plage. Certes,le mobilier est un peu vieillot,mais l'appartement ( avec chambre séparée) était au 5ème étage, avec une grande terrasse et une vue dégagée. La kitchenette est bien équipée et la literie est très bonne. L'accueil est sympathique. C'est un bon rapport qualité/ prix. Pas testé le petit déjeuner.

Hôtel 4**** , 3*** serait plus approprié Accueil moyen , salle de bain veillaute ! Il est impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner sans réserver , on vous envoie chez les collègues !!! Nous n'y reviendrons pas !!
