"The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex"

"The food was great. There was a wide selection, including different types of eggs, breads, fried vegetables, fish, yellow and white cheeses, quiches, cakes, bourekas, salads, several types of potato, and so much more. There were also whole fresh vegetables, fruit and fruit salad, as well as a large variety of sauces and salad dressings. kids will appreciate the cold cereal selection with the wide variety of toppings. There is a conveyor belt toaster next to the bread selection, which can also be used to increase the heat of other things such as bourekas. Because the dining room is under renovation, the temporary dining room does not feature the egg station, but given the wide variety of food, we didn't really miss it. The waiters were very attentive, clearing up after us as we ate, and showing us where various food items are located. I think it would be nice if the management would label the cheeses, as most other hotel restaurants do. The toilets are down the hall inside the spa, and there is ice-water and lemonade on tap. The price for non-guests is a very reasonable NIS 80 per adult, NIS 50 for children. Pay at the front desk in the lobby before you go up to the dining room. Parking is in a paid lot on the left side of the hotel as you face it. Everything is wheelchair accessible."

"It possible that most guests in this hotel dont notice or dont about the faults and therefore dont complain..so management doesn't realise how downtrodden this potentially once grand hotel is. This price is for what you get outrageous. But still its full!!! My pictures show the damage everywhere and the poor maintenance. It really felt like noone cared. Not the staff, not the management and certainly not the hundreds of guests. But for us this was not a positive hospitality experience. At the very least we'd expect a clean room - it honestly felt like the 5th floor suite we had, had not been used in years and had been opened for us due to this being peak season with full occupancy. As can be seen from my pictures, there's dirty walls, loose door handles, faulty plug sockets, dirty balcony furniture, filthy pool bar tables at 9am +++ Its really hard to find anything good to say about this hotel. Why don't management see fit to oversee room cleaning? Or just to walk the corridors to actually see the threadbare carpets with crumbs and shoes strewn around. Its really disappointing to write this but I think its important for future guests to know."
