The accommodation is located on the first floor close to the Baké Restaurant, renowned for its cuisine with large open pots placed in an original location with an outdoor area. A few steps away you can also reach the stop of a special extra-urban transport service, which allows you to reach some of the most important summer events in the Province of Lecce; but around the corner you can also find the Oltregusto Gelateria, the Christian Bar, Carlito's Pub Torre Dell'orso and the Fresh Hair & Beauty, all establishments located along the path to the sea and within a maximum of two blocks away. The house boasts a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a washing machine.
