Charming loft apartment, on the 1st floor without elevator, located in the historic heart of the old town, at the foot of the castle, in a 17th century building. Classified 4 stars by the Haute-Savoie tourist office (Udotsi 74). You will enjoy the canals, the lake, restaurants specializing in Savoy and gastronomy, shops and the market in the immediate vicinity. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen overlooking the small interior courtyard with garden furniture. One bedroom with double bed, bath and sink and a separate toilet. La Bulle Sainte Claire offers all comfort and calm for a wonderful stay in Annecy, the Venice of the Alps. Location is perfect. Kitchen well-equipped. Terrace lovely in morning. Bedroom comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.One suggestion is a more comfortable couch in living area. Very responsive to our questions. Having a clothes washer was a luxury!Thank you.

Sainte-Claire, Annecy The property is adjacent to Rue Sainte-Claire, the heart of old Annecy. Many shops and restaurants are nearby and you can readily walk to the train, car park and lake. The flat itself was pleasant, quiet and well stocked. The managers, Anne-Marie and Philippe were excellent in responding to both pre and post-booking inquiries. This is a very good VRBO option for two persons staying in Annecy.

Great central location in the old town. Very well appointed accommodation… they’ve thought of everything. Property is clean and if you wanted to eat in there is a fabulous kitchen with everything you would need including a dishwasher and washing machine 👍 Comfortable bed and a tiny toilet! The terrace is a real plus, a sun trap in the morning and somewhere cool to sit in the evening complete with bats. There is no lift or air conditioning - fans are provided but during our stay it was very hot.

Wonderful In Every Way This flat was wonderful in every way! The interior was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and very quiet. We especially enjoyed afternoon tea on the delightfully private patio. The convenience to everything in old town Annecy was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Le Bulle Jolie Restful stay in an adorable hideaway right next to all the best of old town Annecy. The terrace was delightful, and the perfect place to unwind after a packed day of outdoor and foodie activities. One of my favorite stays of all time.

Annecy experience Our trip to Annecy was amazing. It was made special by our stay at the apartment. It is an adorable, well appointed, comfortable place in an incredible location. We had everything we needed and more. It was right in the middle of Old Town, with restaurants and shops galore. We rode bikes around the lake and paraglided over the mountains and lake. This area has some of the most stunning views I have ever seen. Our hosts were responsive and welcoming and left everything we could need.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location. This apartment is perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well appointed with washer, seating at the bar or at a small dining table. Outdoor deck with table is great for drinks, tea etc.Tub/shower with separate wc. Walk up 2nd floor . Excellent location for exploring Annecy.

Peaceful stay in the old city This was our second stay in the apartment. We like the quiet even though the street outside is full of bars and restaurants, and the market is there every few days. The hosts are super-responsive and the place is charming. We’ll be back for a third time!

Old Town Charm Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy.
