"호텔은 레이크 디스트릭트 공원 옆에 위치하고 있으며 일부 객실에서는 호수 전망이 있지만 리셉션 로비는 골목에서 들어가야하며 거리에 호텔 이름이 표시되어 있지 않아 찾기가 어렵습니다. 호텔에는 자체 주차장이 없으며, 주차는 거리에서 직접 찾아야하므로 매우 불편합니다. 객실 시설, 청결 및 직원 서비스는 만족 스럽습니다. 특히 뷔페 식 아침 식사는 풍부합니다."

"I spent 4 nights in a room on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and spacious enough, but a bit tired. Furniture showed its age. My biggest grip was the breakfast. Not a single vegetable to be seen. I'd expect at least tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. The only bread was packaged slices. But glad to find yogurt and bio muesli. Cafe on one end of the street and a bakery on the other end, so there are alternatives. Some really good restaurants within easy walking distance."
