로지 르 샹팔루드(Logis Hotels le Champalud Restaurant la Citadelle)

We loved this hotel. The owners are very nice and friendly. Thank you. We picked this hotel as we were travelling south and wanted to stay somewhere en-route that was not in a big city. This hotel turned out to be ideal and we found lots to visit in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice and relaxed. Every evening they have a different special dish for starters, main and dessert. It is a real treat to be there. While staying we discovered the lovely view of the Loire river, we visited Oudon nearby and we went a walk and discovered the ruins of an ancient castle. It is possible to get a train at Oudon and travel to Nantes or travel east to Ancenis and change train to Angers or elsewhere. Also in the local village of the hotel there is a nice supermarket and a patisserie and a few other small shops. In summer high season there is an open air swimming pool but it was closed when we were there. Thanks for a great stay.

Superb hotel in a wonderful location. Very relaxing. Spacious well decorated bedroom. Kind, friendly staff. The village has two patisseries, several restaurants and a very good supermarket. Short walk to the municipal swimming pool, park, skatepark and playground. Waymarked walks from the hotel through very beautiful countryside

Une nuit au calme, dans une très belle chambre. On cherche un peu un endroit où se garer. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. L'accès par digicode permet une liberté sans contrainte. Parfaitement situé. Un accueil sympathique, personnalisé. Charmant

Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Décoration un peu vieillotte mais lit confortable. Dommage que le restaurant n'ouvre qu'en semaine (pas possible de dîner un vendredi soir). Chambre sur la rue un peu bruyante.

Le Champalud honore le label logis de France. Il propose des chambres de qualité, propres, bien équipées à la literie excellente, à prix très raisonnable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est complet avec un vrai choix de thés. L'accueil est familial et chaleureux. Un parking public se trouve à proximité immédiate. L'établissement intègre une brasserie mais elle est fermée le dimanche soir. La réception nous a gentiment adressés à un confrère, ouvert le dimanche soir, à quelques kilomètres en bord de Loire. Très bien pour une étape où un court séjour sur les bords de Loire.

L'emplacement est superbe. La chambre que j'ai eu était très bien, calme. Le restaurant est très bon, bien servi et le personnel est attentionné. Pareil pour le petit-déjeuner. Il y a du choix, c'est très bon.

Nous avons découvert cette adresse. Nous avons aimé le cadre très agréable, l'accueil est de qualité. La cuisine est raffinée avec un rapport qualité/prix très correct. Un plat dessert en dîner à 20€. Une carte des vins raisonnable. Je recommande.

Accueil très agréable et à l'écoute du client: cependant, les prix sont assez élevé par rapport à la quantité servi (exemple: 19€ pour une salade en plat unique) faisant la taille d'une entrée inclus dans un menu, c'est à revoir... Produits frais malgré tout, la note laissé un goût amer....
