'The location is great. Just opposite to Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib. Amenities mostly fine although I personally had some issues with bath room and main door of the room. The staff is polite but the rooms do need a thorough check for issues because a guest shouldn't be waiting to get things fixed if they are only staying for a day.'

'We had booked two rooms initially but we wanted to shift the booking to the next day due to unavoidable circumstances. But make-my trip showed no rooms available at kikar lodge. Disappointed we contacted the kikar lodge and found out that accommodation is available but in a more expensive cottages. Since we were extremely in need we agreed to pay more and get the booking shifted to the next day. But to our surprise the resort was not fully booked and the rooms of the lower range were very much available. Now we felt that advantage was taken of our circumstances and we were given a more expensive accommodation. It is not a very pleasant feeling as we feel cheated. Kindly help'
