암리차르 ITC 호텔

숙박에 환영 음료가 포함되어 있지 않아 좋은 숙박 좋은 직원은 실망했습니다. 우리는 아침 뷔페에 대해 추가 비용을 지불하고 일부 사항을 요청했습니다. 히터가 방에서 작동하지 않아 히터를 요청해야했습니다.

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.

ITC Raja Sansi에서 환상적인 시간을 보냈습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 제공되는 서비스는 훌륭했지만, 가장 눈에 띄는 것은 음식의 뛰어난 품질이었습니다. 모든 식사가 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 신선하고, 맛있고, 아름답게 제공되었습니다. 셰프들은 모든 요리에 많은 생각을 쏟았고, 그것은 제 숙박의 하이라이트 중 하나였습니다. 직원들도 정중하고, 세심했으며, 모든 요구 사항을 처리했습니다. 최고의 식사와 함께 편안한 숙박을 원하는 사람이라면 누구에게나 ITC Raja Sansi를 적극 추천합니다. 저는 꼭 다시 갈 것입니다!
