Nothing here was specifically bad, but the property felt quiet basic for such a brand and price level and the city.

It’s the best hotel in Amman. Friendly staff and great location. Ina words amazing.

酒店在裝修，但是還算安靜，安檢很嚴，酒店員工服務意識不錯，附近吃東西比較方便，有家家樂福。在酒店偶遇一場也門族的婚禮。

房間乾淨整潔，清理也很及時，早餐豐富，酒店還有保齡球館，安保也很嚴格

位置很好，房間有些年代感。總體還好，中規中矩。

房間軟硬件基本對得起這個價格，還算滿意。

Property location is prime and near by Abdali district in addition to downtown. Parking lots available and all staff are ready to assist you. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they did their best to assist us and arrange our stay. Hotel under renovation, some floors still under process however, we never felt that. Everything was perfect

Titanium member, first stay got upgraded to a larger room, 2nd stay upgraded to a junior suite (had to ask for it). 1st, dinner and breakfasrlt was a lovely buffet (Christmas) 2nd stay a week apart quality dropped massively to a set menu dinner (with cheap Western options (pasta, fish fingers) and breakfast was subpar. Front office staff was lovely. General staff quite grumpy. Facilities are old, and strangely placed. To get to the Health room (hot bath, steam, sauna), one had to take the glass elevator (everyone sees you), walk through the corridor shared with a busy ballroom (wedding guests stare at you). Hot bath did not have enough water so the bubble jets would splash water instead of message. Sauna was never hot enough + may be dangerous (shards and nails were poking through the wood)
