Fantastic hotel, please don’t read the bad reviews. We are still here at the hotel and everything is perfect for us. We arrived really late and was slightly apprehensive as we were dropped off and had to guide ourselves to the reception. The staff here are all extremely helpful and nothing is too much bother for them. The food well where do I start if you’re looking for uk food yes there is plenty to choose from. Please bear in mind the hotel caters for everyone and there’s plenty to choose from. The pool and garden area is nicely kept and friendly atmosphere there. There’s a free shuttle bus that takes you back and forth to the town of Alvor although a taxi will cost you around 5 euros. The rooms are cleaned daily fresh towels daily and sheets daily We are on day 4 here and we plan to return next year. Don’t be put off with bad reviews of this hotel I’m glad we didn’t. Portugal is a beautiful country and the staff here make the hotel perfect

Lovely staff. Well maintained outside, ponds with terrapins, pool was an ok size. Could've had a bigger array of buffet selection, but the food they had was great. Beds were comfy, the rooms are nice and the bathrooms are always clean. More entertainment could've been used, it's a nice quiet hotel.

Do not go to this hotel if you are English. They favour everyone else over the English. The animation lady is rude and doesn't even give the English the time of day. There is a free bus 4 times a day to alvor centre which you have to get a ticket for half an hour before, got our ticket on 2 occasions first, only when the mini bus arrives to pick up the English are pushed to the back of queue again and told to wait. Rooms are very outdated and if you are at the front of the hotel you over look the car park and a derelict hotel. Lots of Portuguese come here on there holidays. We were the only English people here and wanted to get involved but was left out massively. The food was nice but very repetitive. Drinks were nice once you got what you actually asked for.

Viagem familiar perfeita! Tudo muito fácil e simples do princípio ao fim. Experiência muito agradável, para repetir. Restaurante simples mas comidas muito variável e de sabor espetacular. Parabéns aos chefes! Bar da piscina, qualidade e variedade 5 estrelas. Equipa de diversão com shows e atividades incríveis

Fomos em família, e foi fantástico! O staff é bastante atento e simpático. Tudo pensado para adultos e crianças. Piscina para os mais pequenos, lago com tartarugas para os enterter, campo de volei, actividades de futebol, actividades de casais, demonstração de animais exóticos, tudo uma VALENTE diversão. A repetir, sem dúvida. A melhorar: - Terem sopas para bebes com proteína - carne almoço e peixe ao jantar sem sal e passada - hotel recebe muitas crianças; - Sala de actividades das crianças estar aberto até às 23h como o bar - há pais que preferem brincar com os filhos no espaço infantil; - Concertos noturnos devem ser feitos no espaço fora da zona das refeições - bar não tem capacidade para todos os que querem assistir; - Colocarem sinalética no elevador de prioridade com cadeira de rodas e crianças em carrinhos (esperávamos imenso por famílias que queriam descer pelo elevador podendo ir de escadas, e nós obrigatoriamente ali à espera com carrinho de bebe); - Criarem um site (tipo microsite GOOGLE) com o planeamento de refeições, actividades de adultos, actividades de crianças, com QRCode à entrada para que os hospedes pudessem consultar ao longo da estadia. J'ai voyager seule un séjour de deux semaines et comment dire très bien reçu et accompagné de l'équipe coralia merci à redouane et mareva j'ai apprécié car ils ont pris le temps d'organiser une fête d'anniversaire pour moi avec les autres clients, agréablement surprise un grand merci à eux. Hotel sympa personnel à l écoute et certains parle français je recommande encore un grand merci à eux
