Lovely hotel , staff very helpful nothing was a bother. Really enjoyed my stay and will return again .

Hotel was in the perfect spot for us, in perfect walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hotel staff very friendly, the room was perfect for our one night stay, very clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, not much to choose from as nothing seemed to be replaced when it had been emptied, initially there were no plates available to put food on either. All in all we had a nice stay, just breakfast needs a little better organisation.

The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the safe did not work which we reported. It would have been nice if tea, coffee was available in the room . Breakfast was very mediocre , Plates and cutlery had to be asked for, the warmers that should have kept food warm did not. The lid of one collapsed resulting in crockery being smashed on the floor-apparently for the 3rd time in several days. Not what  I would have expected of a 4 star hotel.

Very good value hotel in a good location for Alvor  Nice pool and a very good buffet breakfast  The Hotel has a pool and parking make sure you get a room with a balcony otherwise the room would be too cramped

Friendly staff Nice breakfast Good location for the town Good facilities in general but could do with an improved bar Kettle in room but no t bags or milk Wouldn't say it was a 4star hotel Lovely clean rooms

I love staying here , the hotel was nice and the festival was not far away

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby beaches. Breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay here again!
