"This is a family run hotel, they make you very welcome. The staff are great and make you feel right at home. The hotel has a range of rooms from traditional to modern. We had a traditional room up in the oldest part of the hotel under the eves - room 333, it was cozy but the sloping ceilings made showering in the bathroom unworkable without drenching everything. I would suggest you look at more modern rooms if you are thinking about staying here. The views from the hotel are spectacular, the public rooms elegant and comfortable. The wellness centre in the basement is excellent; there is an indoor pool that is linked to the outdoor pool, steam rooms, saunas, rest areas and showers. There are a range of treatments you can have at a cost. It's clean and delightful The food at this hotel is exceptional as is the wine list (that can be pricey). Their evening menu is effectively seven courses. Dishes are inventive and delicious. It makes this hotel very popular with locals and visitors and is not to be missed."

"While the evening service in the restaurant was excellent, the overall experience fell well short of expectations for a five-star hotel. Due to the open kitchen, the smell of food permeated the entire property — already noticeable at breakfast and even more so at lunchtime. The spa area was underwhelming and lacked the sophistication one would expect from a luxury property. From the outside, the hotel also fails to present the elegance typical of its rating. Particularly troubling were the poor standards of cleanliness in our room, including visible dirt left by previous guests, and the front desk staff, whose service was unfortunately chaotic and unprofessional. One positive note: the Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast throughout the property. A stay here might suit less demanding guests, but for those expecting true five-star quality, this is not the right place."

"Very disappointing experience and dishonest treatment. The hotel direction gave us false information about a Segway tour and then made us pay for damage that was covered by their own insurance. When we tried to discuss it, the management was rude and even insulting. We felt misled, pressured, and treated unfairly. The management was unprofessional, opaque, and completely lacking empathy. Additionally, dinner service was extremely slow and inefficient, with long waiting times even when the restaurant wasn’t busy. The pool is very small (pictures are totally misleading) and was constantly overcrowded, even though the hotel itself wasn’t full. There’s no real space to relax or enjoy. The valley is stunning, but honestly, choose another hotel — one that offers better service and treats its guests with honesty and respect. A big disappointment. Never again."

"전반적으로, 우리는 매력적인 알프바흐 중심가에 위치한 이 독특한 부티크 호텔에서 짧지만 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 인스브루크 공항에서 차로 한 시간 거리에 있는 이 호텔은 따뜻한 환영과 도착 시 제공되는 무료 음료, 그리고 이른 비행기 도착 후 체크인 시간 전에 객실이 준비되어 있어 여행을 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 객실은 두 개의 욕실을 갖추고 있었고, 침대는 정말 편안했습니다. 다만 밤에는 객실이 조금 더웠습니다. 난방 조절 장치를 찾지 못해 창문을 열어두고 자야 했습니다. 고급 유기농 세면도구는 향이 좋았지만, 아쉽게도 제 민감한 피부에는 맞지 않았습니다. 객실에 커피 메이커가 없는 것은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 저는 아침에 커피를 더 즐겨 마시는 편이라 허브티는 그다지 좋아하지 않거든요. 하지만 아래층에 바가 있고, 시내 중심가에 Spar 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 간식을 사 먹기에는 큰 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 무엇보다 음식은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 하프보드 패키지에 포함된 조식과 간식 시간은 선택의 폭이 매우 넓었습니다. 다양한 빵, 콜드컷과 치즈, 훈제 연어, 샐러드 바 등이 정말 마음에 들었어요. 크림을 곁들인 애플 스트루델도 맛있었습니다. 6코스 저녁 식사는 고급 재료와 훌륭한 플레이팅으로 진정한 만찬이었어요. 레스토랑에서 루돌프와 금발의 체코 여성 직원, 그리고 오믈렛 코너의 직원분 모두 훌륭한 서비스를 제공해 주셨습니다. 수영장에서 보낸 시간도 너무 좋았어요 (그 경치는 아무리 봐도 질리지 않네요!). 사우나는 가족 사우나만 이용해 봤는데, 속옷을 입지 않고 갈 용기는 없었어요. ㅎㅎ. 오후 늦게는 젊은 투숙객들로 좀 붐볐습니다. 휴대폰 사용 금지 정책과 실내 선베드 예약은 제대로 지켜지지 않는 것 같았습니다. 점심시간쯤에는 안젤리케에게 페이셜 마사지와 간단한 관리를 받고 나니 조용하고 좋았어요. 거의 저 혼자였기 때문에 야외 테라스에서 레몬수를 마시며 멋진 경치와 알프스의 신선한 공기를 만끽할 수 있었습니다. 몇 가지 사소한 불편함만 빼면 이 호텔에 4.5점을 주고 싶습니다."
