"We had a wonderful stay at WelcomHotel by ITC Jim Corbett. The property is set in a peaceful location, away from the noise of the city, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Our room offered beautiful views of the Kosi River and the surrounding hills, and waking up to that scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel is very well maintained, and you can see the care that goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. We'd especially like to thank the restaurant team—Vishal, Lipun, Pawan, Pankaj, Jaya, and Manoj with Mr Neeraj heading the team. They were always courteous, attentive, and welcoming, and their friendly service made every meal enjoyable. The Activity Centre in-charge and the pool staff were also excellent. They were approachable, helpful, and happy to assist whenever needed, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. It was also nice to see the hotel employing people from the local community. It's always encouraging when a property supports the local economy while giving guests a warm and authentic hospitality experience. Overall, we had a peaceful and memorable stay and left with some wonderful memories. We would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway close to nature, and we look forward to visiting again."

"Location was very good. Food was good. Staff was very good and also service. But overall experience was not good. Poor Lighting was observed specially in the restaurant entry stairs. My wife had fallen and badly injured. All the stairs edges should be marked with florescent tape. Also First aid kit was not available , may be due to Holi. But Going forward these should be corrected , so other person will not face such issues in future. I am not raising complain ,should also take care compliance issue for all the registered hotel. "

"The stay was awesome, thanks to the committed team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. There are many activities with a proper itinerary. The property boasts for a digital detox and this statement is true as the activities engage people of every age. The resort is well built beside Ramganga river adding to the serenity of the property. The rooms are also quite spacious and clean. A must visit place for nature lovers. Food was also upto the mark with lots of options and the ambience of the restaurant “The Top Pavilion” was also great. They also provided complimentary birthday cake. Although the resort is located at the farther end of the Jim Corbett , but it is worth going that far enjoying the ride through dense trees and hilly terrain."
