"The best part, and the reason we get four stars, is Paqui. She was lovely, helped us with all our problems, recommended fantastic places, and was always willing to lend a hand. The girl at the breakfast café was also excellent and incredibly friendly. The only downside was having to go to the other place for breakfast when we saw people having breakfast at ours."

"I think the title of "Great" is completely unnecessary, as soon as we arrived we were surprised to find that at the end of June the large pools were closed and practically abandoned, there is only one square one where it is almost impossible to find a space... The room was small and dirty, the walls were scary, they had stains all over them, ours communicated with another room with a closed door, but the noise from the TV and the racket was unbearable, and not to mention the sofa bed, low, small, short... my son had to sleep in the middle of ours because the mattress was no more than 2cm... The only thing we found half decent was the restaurant, very typical hotel food, and quite a bit of variety. In short, we will not return."

"A small friendly hotel with pleasant staff set in the wild West setting of the town of El Rocio. The room was small and clean and adequate for a night's stay. Breakfast was simple but again adequate. If you like horses and sand and a truly Spanish vibe this place is a must "

ON City Resort All Inclusive Prime ★★★★
