If you have a lot of luggage, try asking the owner for a room on the first floor to save yourself the hassle of going up and down stairs."

"Host seemed a little surly, it was like my checking in was an inconvenience! Our room was nice, bed comfortable and the shower was good. It’s on the main road so keep your windows closed at night. Closed windows definitely negates the road noise which is good. Sky TV is great. We weren’t there to watch TV but it was a comfortable place to relax at the end of a busy day."

"A solid 80s style motel with all the amenities required and very clean. A pool and trampoline for the kids, which was great. It is a wee bit out of town but walkable if you wanted to. Great communication from the owners. Beautiful outlook to the mountains."
