제 아내와 저는 이 호텔에서 더블룸을 예약했습니다. 이 방은 넓은 방이고 방의 문은 이미 전자 잠금 장치가 되어 있습니다! 1층은 레스토랑이며, 체크인도 레스토랑 카운터에서 이루어지며, 체크인 시 레스토랑에서 무료 음료를 받으실 수 있습니다. 주방에는 간단한 전자레인지와 주전자가 준비되어 있습니다. 화장실은 지하에 있고 1층에 있는 식당을 지나가야 하는데 좀 낯설게 느껴지기도 하고 남자가 여자화장실에 실수로 들어가는 경우도 아직은 있어요 칸막이에 이 부분이 좀 낯설어요 설계. 호텔 뒷편에 바가 있고 밤에 문 닫기 전에는 방음 밀폐창을 닫아도 매우 시끄럽고 호텔 1층 레스토랑 문의 도어 활은 완충력이 부족합니다 , 문을 닫으면 위층에 영향을 미칩니다!

Except no kitchen there, everything prefect. Very nice location.

房間枕頭套上有粉底印，公共浴室地上很臟，而且在負一層，去浴室洗澡的話要穿過一樓酒吧，非常不方便。廁所衞生一般，我住在二樓，晚上一樓酒吧的客人上來二樓上廁所，半夜12點酒吧嘈雜的聲音才會停下來。

おしゃれめなホステルにバーレストランが付いている形態で、実際は飲食営業の方が盛んそうでした。 レビューを見たところ以前と経営者が変わったようで、以前案内に出していた滞在者用キッチンはなく電子レンジとケトルのようなものがあるのみでした。廊下のコンセントも充電させないためか潰されており、サービス内容は充実してる印象はあまりありません。 立地は分かりやすく部屋も清潔感はありました。貸出アメニティ類は何もなく、雰囲気的にシャワーの使用は控えました。 自分が借りた個室もベッドと机、椅子のみでハンガーなどもなく極限にシンプルな作りです。とりあえず寝るための宿だけ一泊とるなら問題なしという感じです。

We visited this bar everyday on our trip. The food was great and the whole feel of the bar was cozy and relaxed. The drinks selection was vast! The staff really look after you and remembered us so greeted us like locals. Such a great find! We wish we would have stayed here also.

Great place with a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our time there. Good coffees and hot chocolates too. I’ve forgotten the managers name (Mog-something)- a fabulous Polish man and he was hilarious, hospitable and had the best energy. Highly recommend

Took a chance and I was not disappointed. Very kind and hospitable staff with quality beer and food. Lots of choices to be had in the area, but you simply will appreciate this local and authentic place. Just so you know, they do have contactless pay available, which makes it very easy for us to us

If you need to talk to the manager Apolonia will tell you that "we are not allowed to give out our manager's contact information" so he doesn't know how his/her staff handle customer care. We will not persevere

We were 7 people so tried a few things. Place ok:ish. Dinner was ok:ish too, but only 1 guy was friendly, 3 female staff really rude, looked burntout. Would not go back again, and recommend to eat at Taste instead, the food was much better amd the staff really friendly.

Unfriendly staff, rooms were not yet clean when we arrived at 6pm. Even at 8pm our rooms were dirty and there was blood at our sheets. There was no kitchen at all, only one microwave and a water boiler that’s broken. Terrible expierence.

Most rude staff that I ever met. Super arrogant to their guests. We arrived at 18h, 2 of our rooms were not cleaned yet, they didn’t tell us so we had to go inform them. Reception is total chaos. I needed to wait an hour to pay for our stay. On booking you see a kitchen, there is only a microwave, no hot plates or other kitchen utensils.

Nice location in Akureyri main street. This place provides each guest the key tags to entering the room. The washrooms are spacious and clean. There are restaurants on the first floor and the breakfast are charged per person. The beds are not in very good shapes however. All the guards in our rooms are broken, the metal pieces are broken. Feels very unsafe to be hold on and to sleep on the top bunk especially for kids.

My husband and I needed to get some laundry done from our 2 week trip in Iceland. The hotel we were staying at recommended this located. When we arrived, we were told their washing machines were broken! This was not good news for us. Luckily they offered to do our laundry with their big machines and it was be a service. The cost was 900 krona to wash and 900 to dry ($13 roughly) which is a great price in Iceland! We were told it would take about 3 hours. Melkur assisted us with getting our laundry done. When we arrived back he told us that the washing machine had an issue and all our clothes smelled burned. He offered to wash our clothes all over again because he said he wouldn’t feel right giving us clothes that smelled burned. We appreciated his honesty and he was so apologetic and offered us a free drink. He went above and beyond and made sure that our clothes were well taken care of and clean! After receiving our clothes, the burn smell was not even noticeable and we are just thankful he took the time to do this for us (as he was still running around like crazy being a waiter in the cafe). 100% recommend this location for laundry and to grab a drink!
