Hotel is very beautiful and i booked this hotel by Agoda and found services far better than expected, breakfast was good rooms was clean and room service was also quick and responding. Club was ausome and very well maintained. Breakfast table setup was also good’

i liked the property much, they upgraded my room which was showing unavailable during online booking. Staff was very nice and helpful. room services were also very quick. food quality and taste were on top. I would highly recommend the hotel and would like to visit again. thanks

This hotel is generally satisfactory. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Palladium Mall, hospitals, and shops. However, it could benefit from some renovations and modernisation of its shower and bathroom facilities. On the positive side, the restaurant offers delicious food, the rooms are clean, and the other services and facilities are also commendable.

I am not sure how this place got so ***y good ratings, I was lucky to find a day in advance before traveling they confirmed there was no communication from ********** about my booking, I readily took help of Susan and it got confirmed, was just wondering what would have happened I had landed found no booking there, but to my surprise the next day a lady was yelling at the top of her voice as she did not find her online booking there, this hotel is very noicy and has social events all the time , ********** and others need to interfere and find out why this hotel alone is not getting bookings, only one lift for entire hotel with so ***y guests waiting after the social events, food was way below par, Room says king size bed but just about queen size, bathroom was slippery, I should thank that the trip got over.

It was my life biggest mistake to Book this property i never recommend to anyone my wife going to Ahmedabad alone there because of some office work her flight was reach 12:30 in night ahemdabad she reach in hotel @1 in night i alredy inform to hotel staff before her check in for smooth arrangment i booked best catagory room of hotel after she checked in she found ac was not working well I'm on a call with her she call to reception for ac problem but they are just reply it's working in 20 minutes 3 times they said same now it's 2am in night she was tired then i trying to call myself on hotel number hotel numbers which given on Google are coming switch off i trying to do 15 Times it's still coming switch off continue letter i trying to search from different websites to find out another number then one number i found and thank God it was working Mr . Vishal Suthar pick up the call i trying to tell him the problem happen with my guest but it's very shocking he started doing misbehave with me also he doing unnecessary arguments also he's abusing i ask him who are you he introduced his self as a owner of the property he said I'm the owner of hotel I'm traveling around the world in domestic all over India also i never get that kind of rude and horrible experience 3 times i talk with that person but he's doing same behaviour continue finally i keep quiet myself i was wake up whole night with Full upseted mind there's my guest was uncomfortable i never ever recommend this property to anyone also i request to ***gement keep some polite staff there in future another guests will be safe from terror of Vishal Suthar.....

Exactly what I was expecting From this hotel all staff was like one family. I like most from breakfast team they are really to serve breakfast one of person name fetching and General ***ager Mr. Sing and front desk Ghanshyam. Visal was very helpful people definitely love to come back 😊

Stayed for 2 nights with wife and 9 year old kid. It is more of business hotel where you stay overnight on a business trip. Breakfast included in room rate was fulfilling with enough variety. Rooms are big to accommodate 4 people and beds are comfortable. Bathroom and toiletries were always clean. There are 2 banquet halls on the ground and first floor. Although a bit far from city centre, it was closer to Science City for which we had travelled. Other places like Kankaria Lake, Sabarmati Ashram, Akshardham are 20-30 minutes by auto rides which are easily available with Uber/Ola. Overall a good stay and would recommend it if visiting the places that I went.

I book this hotel by a website and choose a room with bathtub, but at the time of arrival hotel staff says that we have only one room of this type and this is already book, we can give you another room but on same rate, after reaching in room there is only one torn towel, I complaint this but unfortunatly no replacement of tower till the checkout
