호텔 리우 파파야스(Hotel Riu Papayas - All Inclusive)

I am returning every year and as always Riu meeting all expectations. Cleaning service spot on, food with no reason to complain, all inclusive 24h with amazing services, staff kind, helpful and always friendly. In this few years some team members became a friends… amazing feeling to be welcome by real huge smile and a hug! Love them!

Not one single complaint perfect in every way. Totally loved it and will be booking again I will choose RIU hotels over all the other big companies. The pool was amazing the food was plentiful and very varied and tasty something for everyone. Grounds are clean and very well looked after. 100% if anyone says otherwise are not been truthful.

I’m the first to admit that I’m a perfectionist & for my sins I’m usually picky when it comes to standards; whether it be food preparation, manners, choice, cleanliness, or drinks. However….. I cannot fault this hotel & I can’t praise it or the staff enough. The staff are nothing short of amazing. The reception staff are efficient & explain everything thoroughly, providing leaflets, maps, & directions. The staff never stop & work really hard from getting up to going to bed. They are courteous, knowledgeable, & professional at all times. You never have to wait for anything. They genuinely care about guests & want them to have a great time. They really take the time to engage with people & show genuine interest. I ever saw a member of the entertainment team joining in with peoples games. The entertainment team go all out & theres always something to see or do from bingo, darts, aqua-fit, or painting. The shows are fantastic & encourage audience participation. The hotel is spotlessly clean, fresh towels left, toiletries replenished, & room cleaned daily. Great location, buses just outside the hotel which go to pretty much everywhere. 24 hour self service drinks from soda water to Fanta to beer. Water is also provided in the room & at the bar. Late night snacks after 12am for those night owls too. There’s always plenty of seats & sun beds no matter the time of day so you can take your time & relax. Great a**osphere in all of the bars with a variety of music & acts to suit all tastes. Food excellent in all of the restaurants & plenty of choice. Can’t wait to return.

Got the chance for a last minute week break with my daughter and mum. The hotel was clean, really clean! Location was great for a walk to the beach or the shopping centres. Plenty of sun beds. Drinks were good and the bar staff were very good. Food was okay, always managed to find something to eat. Riu party at another hotel was great fun and the transport was organised for you. You just had to book on. Only downside for me was the bed was too hard. No one else had an issue though.

We have just come back from staying in this hotel and it’s as great as always. This was our 3rd year staying here and we absolutely love it!! The staff are so friendly and the hotel is immaculate!! The animation team are great and really make the holiday. The shows that they put on are amazing. We always think about going somewhere else but I would book to stay here again and again due to being so clean, spacious and safe. The food is great, loads of selection. Thankyou again Riu papayas and we can’t wait to come back again next year!!

Another good stay at the Riu Papayas, we had 12 nights. Overall very good, I didn’t think that the buffet food was as good as before nor the choice, The bread always seemed stale and very hard even at breakfast, we visited the Asian restaurant and really enjoyed the experience and the food was extremely delicious. Overall very good.

We're a big family, and four generations spent the holiday together at Riu Papayas - and we had a great time!

3rd time at this absolutely fantastic hotel. Had requested the same room, and this request was met, which was appreciated. It hasn't changed at all between our visits, the standard of the food and drink is 1st class, with an amazing selection. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Has to be one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, cleaners around 24/7 constantly cleaning. Rooms are spotless and of a great standard with fantastic pillows. Already booked again for November and probably March next year. Riu hotels seem to be of a similar standard as having stayed at the Riu Costa Del Sol is equally fantastic. Can't recommend this hotel enough
