I booked a 2 bedroom ocean view suite. Prior to my arrival, I had arranged private transportation from the hotel concierge. I provided them with my flight information. Upon my arrival, I was informed my reservations could not be located and that I would have to wait 10-15 mins. It’s $120 through the hotel or take a taxi of $50 with no wait. The level of professionalism was beyond me. In addition, there was an ant problem in the fridge and room. The hotel is nice in terms of aesthetics, but the efficiency of customer service is poor. In addition, their dining options was horrible. The food wasn’t good. It made an all inclusive hotel dining options taste 10x better.
