Der Aufenthalt im Syntopia hat mir sehr gut gefallen, das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist die Klimaanlage, man kann in der Nacht kein automatischen Timer stellen. Somit lief die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht, es wurde sehr kalt im Zimmer dadurch habe ich mir eine Erkältung eingefangen. Ansonsten alles super vom Service bis zum All Inklusiv Angebot, auch die Getränke waren für ein All-inklusiv Hotel sehr gut. Gleich neben dem Hotel hat es einen Supermarkt, eine sehr nette und preiswerte Autovermietung wo man auch Quads mieten kann und Padel sowie Tennisplätze für sportliche Aktivitäten.

The Syntopia is an exceptional hotel and to prove that we booked next years visit the day we left. The hotel is stunning. First and foremost it is highly aesthetic and ‘instagrammable’. It has a a meticulously considered decor throughout, neutral soft warm theming and interesting artwork. The hotel itself is easy to navigate in terms of floor plan and I didn’t feel I overlapped with any other guests intrusively. It is relatively accessible featuring ramps and enclosed walls/railings for disabled users. The hotel has an app which they give you a QR code and once you log in almost everything is at your disposable from booking the restaurant to requesting maintenance help. The WhatsApp chat for assistance is manned very well and they responded within minutes each time. The WiFi was a bit patchy in places but not to a degree that it caused any issue. The staff are incredible. They are like a well run hive of bees which manage to achieve all designated assignments. We didn’t find them overbearing or inattentive at any stage, if anything they could be considered over enthusiastic. Special mention to Maria at the restaurant, what a lovely soul, Fotina, Xena and Sofia who we looked forward to seeing and chatting to every night and resident mixologist Lefteris who was the very heart of Syntopia for us, being warm, inviting and great at his job. The hotel food is a buffet and whilst there is a degree of repetition as with any buffet there is conscious effort everyday to rotate dishes, always with traditional food selections which we loved (and bland foods for the fussy eaters). We ate at the restaurant morning, afternoon and evening and as foodies, were highly satisfied. The salad selection was the best I’ve ever had and the live fresh grill was seasoned great and tasty. The drink menu, whilst not everything is available as part of the all inclusive package, is great. The premium items which are above the package are hardly considered expensive, I’d spend triple the amount in London or any city. The daytime sports frozen cocktails which are perfect for the heat and most of the other cocktails are available till after 5.30. I’d like to see the drinks offered till midnight in an ideal world and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge alongside the beers they offer in the rooms. Lefteris makes the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted and I’ll stand on that hill. We stayed in one of the jungle rooms as we were aware that we personally have issues with small spaces and some of the other rooms have been noted to be small and it was gorgeous. It was spacious, had plenty of accommodation for luggage and things, was styled beautifully and a gorgeous garden space. The whirlpool/Jacuzzi was a delight to have and the beds outside were super comfortable. I do wish we got some sun on the garden beds in our room at 702 but it wasn’t meant to be. The most perfect couple’s retreat! As soon as you walk in you feel so calm and looked after! The hotel is beautiful and staff are amazing! We were fortunate to have treatment in the Spa and Katerina was very friendly and informative on helping us decide which treatment was best for us! Such an amazing person too! Will definitely come back!!

The bedrooms are super clean and have a comfortable interior. There is a huge variety of tasty food at the buffet. Service is polite and fast. You need to visit the spa! Lola and Costas did an amazing job with the best massage which we ever experienced. We really liked the hotel design with the three pools. There is always a nice spot where you can chill and live the dream. Also, the beach is just around the corner if you want to experience the sand and the sea.

Just had a treatment at the spa here at The Syntopia, was one of the best treatments I’ve had, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to feel relaxed!
