Very bad experience. Totally wastage of money and unprofessional behaviour and service of maintenance staff. Air Conditioning system not working properly.

I was stayed two times at this hotel ,There is two reasons which make me to write this review the one thing the facility of the hotel,it was amazing hotel with very attractive rooms, pool and big gym in was really happy with that The other thing is which is negative side of the hotel when I compare with my last time visit i didn’t seen the previous staff members are moved away when i ask where is melaku,Nardos and others in heard as half of them are fired all of them was friendly Waiters receptionist also the management at night.This hotel is franchised hotel its expected to give hight attention to the internal customer but the remaining staffs are not looking happy i saw when the Big Manager speak them with disrespectful way so this have affect on their performance.i hope the owners and brand owners will give solution.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had in Addis. 1. The customer service was profoundly exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant to the room service, the staff was polite, and helpful. I really enjoyed and appreciated it. 2. The food was brilliant. I can confidently say that from an international visitor’s point of view, the food was to my liking. 3. The room was beautiful, all essential toiletries were present, the room was spacious without any issues. 4. The gym and spa: the gym was well equipped and the spa was also great, I enjoyed my massage.

The best hotel in Addis I come a lot and only to this hotel because everything is new and high quality and the service is at the best level there is I will definitely be back again and will recommend to all my friends and family The location is great and the experience is perfect

The Best Western Premier Dynasty hotel its spacious, modern rooms complemented by high-speed internet and beautiful views, making it a comfortable retreat. Its central location very safe nebour hood near the airport free shuttle service is a boon for many guests, Excellent amenities, including well-equipped gym, indoor pool and spa. Finally with fresh complimentary breakfast make your day productive .

Best service in Ethiopia ever. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean. The house keeping team is excellent. Everyone responds very fast and are always happy to help with any questions or issues. Front office Manager l, Ms Selam is a lovely soul. The food was excellent and if you eat a bit too much (which you might), the gymn is very well equipped to burn the extra calories. Can’t even start on the in-house pool and the spa. By the way, make sure you collide with the French fries, best anywhere. Finally, the location is secure and not congested. Nice for a stroll. The hotel is new and classy. Easy to get to from the airport.

The rooms are very good, clean and comfortable The staff ( Hana and Hanan ) and Front Office Manager ( Salam ) welcomed me well, and settled me for an early check in and being considerate I was from am early morning flight. The door man ( Tadess ) was so warm and was there to help with the bags. They even extend their service to keep my bags during my check out and booked me a airport shuttle to make sure am well taken care of. You really have a good team with great customer care skills I will definitely come back. Regards Koech Israel.

I came to visit my families in addis and I stayd I this hotel for 5 nights, during my stay the staffs are very welcoming, professional and friendly I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel
