"The hotel looked good but when you got inside you felt warm, there is a window, we try to open it, we couldn’t. We thought maybe the temperature would drop down and there are two fans beside.   In fact, I was wrong when we tried to sleep the temperature still very high even use two fans ,it didn’t work because the fan didn’t work well and the hot air always inside (the window couldn’t open). We sweated all the night and couldn’t sleep. I wonder how can be because outside the temperature was 14 degrees and inside the room felt more 28 -30 degrees (the heater was off). We were very disappointed, we liked the room but the strange temperature ruined our stay."

"a tired hotel needing some redecorating and modernisation.  Room was next to reception and the 'bar/staff' room.  we were woken at 6.30 every morning by staff arriving for duty. Breakfast was sat under heated laps or freshly out of a tin of fruit. Toast was the thinnest cheapest brown bread, and the coffee was average. The cooked breakfast was of poor quality ingredients.  The waiting staff were very attentive. Sadly as soon as a fellow guest left their breakfast table, out came the spray disinfectant to clean the table down.  This smell wafted all over the basement, windowless breakfast room and was very off putting.  "
