Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und der Ausblick von den Zimmern ist traumhaft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer selbst sind in Ordnung. Die Badezimmer sind durchaus in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktioniert alles. Die Betten war eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen waren brutal weich und sehr durchgelegen. Wir haben nach zwei Nächten die Zimmer gewechselt weil wir kaum schlafen konnten, aber auch im zweiten Zimmer waren die Betten schrecklich weich. Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Anzahl an Gästen sehr klein, daher ist es sehr laut. Die Auswahl ist ok aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas mager.

좋아하는 모든 것, 레스토랑에서도 잘 준비되고 조용한 지역, 슈퍼마켓과 경제 근처, 거의 모든 것을 구입할 수 있는 Ponta Delgada 중심까지 20유로

Hotel agradável, excelente qualidade/preço, atendimento e conforto 5* , pequeno almoço muito bom, com mt diversidade e produtos mt bons. A única coisa que poderiam tentar melhorar é a internet que nao se apanha bom sinal nos quartos, no piso restio (recepção, sala pequenos almocos,bar,etc apanha-se bem,mas nos quartos o sinal é muito pouco. Mas independente disso o hotel é muito agradavel tal como o seu staff. Recomendo

We had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

Красивые виды у этого отеля, сервис хороший. Ночевали одну ночь. Услуга прачечной там длится 36 часов, пришлось застирывать пятно на штанах в ручную. Территория большая, с выходом к океану. Внизу песок черный, очень красиво. Были в феврале было ветрено, но из за малого количества гостей в отеле в этом была своя изюминка. Всем рекомендую. Завтрак континентальный, с выбором блюд каша, омлет, десерт. Было вкусно. Вечером ужинали в ресторане при отеле, всем понравилось. Отдыхали компанией вечером у бассейна пили портвейн )

A vista era sem dúvida o melhor. Quartos espaçosos, pequeno almoço muito completo. O staff foi agradável.

Hotel godny polecenia, w centrum. Jedyny minus to to, że w pokoju było chłodno a klimatyzacja nie chciała zadziałać w trybie ogrzewania.

호텔은 Orta Pier에 위치하고 있으며 호텔 입구의 크루즈 🚢은 호텔에 항구의 느낌을 더 많이줍니다. 로비의 프런트 데스크 직원은 세심하고 사려 깊습니다. 체크인 후 배달되는 과일 접시와 미네랄 워터는 집과 같은 느낌을줍니다. 만족도는 더 동의합니다. 다음에 머물 것입니다.

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля. На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака. Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер. Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы. Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем. При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.

좋은 서비스, 친절한 직원, 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 호텔은 부두 옆에 있으며 대서양을 마주보고 있으며 위치가 우수하며 도심에서 식사하기 편리합니다. 단점은 주차 요금이며 1 박당 12 유로입니다. 호텔에는 웨이터 주차가 있으며 태도가 좋습니다.

호텔은 약간의 산책이나 장기 체류를 위해 머물기에 매우 좋습니다. 즐거운 경험을 제공합니다. 아주 좋은 편안함, 아름다운 장식, 좋은 청소, 동정적이고 유쾌한 직원. 스파, 수영장, 자쿠지 등이 쾌적합니다. 좋고 다양한 아침 식사와 뷔페 저녁 식사는 다양한 옵션과 맛있는 음식으로 훌륭합니다.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Ponta Delgada, very clean, attentive staff, good breakfast, nice rooms with a small rooftop pool and gym. Situated next to a small park with benches and shade on hot days.

호텔은 좋은 환경, 프론트 데스크의 친절한 서비스, 유창한 영어를 갖추고 있습니다. 해변까지 도보로 약 5분이 소요됩니다. 실내 수영장과 서핑 시설을 추천합니다. 프런트 데스크에서 자전거를 대여할 수 있습니다(외부보다 저렴). 매우 편리하고 적극 권장합니다.

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля. На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака. Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер. Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы. Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем. Muito boa experiência! O quarto estava excelente e o pequeno almoço também.

A truly wonderful hotel. With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional. The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time. All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling. Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it. We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay. We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel! All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!
