This is an easy access, ground floor, end-unit condo with lanai and wet bar. This condo is within a short walk to pool, hot tub, and BBQ areas. The master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, a walk in shower and opens onto it's own separate lanai. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed making this a great rental for two couples. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home making it easy to cook-in should you wish. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and opens onto the tile lanai which houses a wet bar, table and chairs for 6, and a ceiling fan. From the lanai you have a view of nicely landscaped grounds and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Sit on the lanai and enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee while wild turkeys strut by, or relax and enjoy a sunset drink after a day of exploring or swimming at a nearby beach. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel equipment for your use. Guide books for the island are available for your reference, making it easy to plan your adventures on the Big Island. Welcome to our home in paradise! Start or end your day on the large peaceful (newly renovated) lanai - complete with wet bar and wine fridge - with a view of the golf course, pool area, and peek-a-boo ocean views. During our visit this summer, we replaced the wetbar, including new cabinetry, countertop, sink and backsplash:) We also updated the decor! We are excited for you to visit our private (and quiet!) end unit, located on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course in Waikoloa Village. As our second home, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-story condo is well cared for. We constantly update/improve it with each visit to the Island (example above). The spacious 1210 sf condo welcomes you with a large open living area and attractive 18-foot wood ceilings with fans for cooling comfort. You will feel at right at home in the well-stocked kitchen (including quality pots and pans, dishes, knives, spices, full-size fridge, cookware, microwave, Keurig and espresso machine, and dishwasher – to name a few). An oversize bedroom is located on the main level with 2 queen size beds adjacent to the tastefully renovated bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs, the loft-style master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with shower and separate vanity, enabling privacy for everyone. In addition, an in-home office area, complete with high speed Wi-Fi, is ready for you in the upstairs master if you need to work remotely during your stay. High quality memory foam mattresses and air conditioning units are located in both bedrooms, ensuring you sleep comfortably . The bedrooms and living each have their own smart TV and cable. Please note, this is a second-story condo, and there are stairs.Most, if not all, of the beach supplies are here for your use, including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon, snorkel sets, and even sand toys. Our condo is also baby/toddler friendly, including baby locks, a baby gate, toddler bed, and booster seat!Waikoloa Villas is a private, quiet, community with lavish tropical landscaping, two pools, cabana areas, and hot tubs, and gas BBQ grills. Golf, tennis, and shuffleboard are onsite at the Community Center. Guests can get discounted greens fees at the Village golf course and have free access to the Olympic-sized community pool right around the corner. Parking is unassigned and typically available right in front of the unit. Enjoy easy access with the keyless entry door!The local grocery store is a quick two-minute drive away. Hapuna Beach, one of the best beaches on the island, is about a fifteen-minute drive away (as well as the best restaurants on Big Island)! From Waikoloa Village, guests can easily explore all the island has to offer, including a visit to the active volcano.Some of the renovations/upgrades include: New wetbar/lanai decor (2025), new carpeting on stairs, new grout on main level tile, fresh paint in hall and stairwell (2024); new decor throughout, fresh paint in bedrooms, new loft decorative panels, and new towel racks and open shelving in main level bathroom, and new area rugs (2023). New LVT flooring throughout the upstairs and downstairs areas (2019). Kitchen: new quartz countertops, new sink, new backsplash, new electric range/oven. If you go North from the Honu Hale you will discover the North tip of the island and the towns of Hawi (pronounced Havi) and Kapaau (the birth place of King Kamehameha who united the entire island chain). At the end of the road is Pololu Valley and is accessible by hiking only. Pololu Valley boasts a beautiful beach and a forest. If you head up the mountain towards Hilo you can visit the 13 observatories on top of Mauna Kea (4WD required - 2WD to the Visitor Center) for sunrise or sunset. This amazing 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is located on the golf course in Waikoloa Village. The house is completely remodeled with high end finishes and a private pool(POOL IS NOT FENCED OR GATED) with amazing views of the the mountains and ocean. There is an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and lots of fruit trees for your enjoyment. We are walking distance to tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and a short bike ride to the beach. There are two living rooms one with a 85 in TV and the other with a 60 in TV. The master suite has a king size bed and an en suite. There are two rooms downstairs with queen size beds and one bunk room with 2 full size beds and one twin bed. In the living room upstairs you will find a fold out twin bed in the ottoman. The couch downstairs can accommodate two more people for sleeping if desired. We have everything you need to enjoy this beautiful island - bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, snorkeling gear, cooler and beach towels. Come enjoy the Big Island in this amazing home! Paradise Found is a hosted rental with hosts available to assist you as much or little as you desire. **** Pool Safety disclosure and requirements. Please be advised****There is a pool on the property and pool is NOT fenced. There are safety alarms on all sliding doors downstairs leading to the pool. When opening the sliding doors or screens downstairs you will need to push the bypass alarm button before opening the sliding door or screen or the alarm will sound loudly. When bypassing the alarm by pushing the button you will have 10 seconds to open and close the screen or sliding door before alarm sounds. You will need to leave the screen or sliding door closed at all times for the alarm not to sound. Doors cannot be left open. This helps keep our children safe and also helps keep the bugs outside. Please watch children at all times and DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. Children 12 years and younger and people of any age that cannot swim should be accompanied by an experienced swimmer on the pool deck at all times. Do Not Run On The Pool Deck. Pool deck is slippery when wet. No diving or jumping head first into pool. Pool is shallow. Pool is also equipped with child safety devises, PoolGuard PGRM-2 Pool Alarm NSF certified to ASTM standard F2208 (white L shaped bracket attached to the side of the pool) and a yellow and red floating devise that detects electrical current. Please DO NOT remove the PoolGuard Pool Alarm white bracket unless you are using the pool. When using the pool please remove the bracket and place in an Upright Position following the instructions which are located on the ledge as you enter the house. When finished using the pool please place the PoolGuard Pool Alarm back in the pool. Do not remove the electrical current detector (yellow and red floating devise) at any time. This detects if there is electrical current in the pool and should remain in the pool at all times. If this devise alarm sounds please exit the pool immediately and let us know. B&B가 단독 주택 빌라라고 생각하지 마십시오. 이것은 호주나 하와이에 있는 집이 아닙니다. 매우 비싸고 가격이 보입니다. 빌라에서만 방을 빌릴 수 있습니다. 주방과 거실은 다른 사람들과 공유해야합니다. 이 롯지는 100년도 채 되지 않았습니다. 찾기가 어렵습니다. 체크인 장소는 롯지와 함께 있지 않으며, 체크인 시간을 확인하셔야 합니다. 당신이 그것을 놓치면 사람들은 일을 그만둘 것입니다. 직원이 명확하게 지도를 줄 것입니다. 오두막이 어디에 있는지 알려주거나 그에게 직접 내비게이션을 제공하십시오. 찾기 쉬운 좌표를 입력하도록 도와줄 것입니다. 오두막은 스튜디오에서 약 1km 떨어져 있으며 매우 빠르게 운전합니다. 차는 문의 열린 공간에 주차할 수 있고, 캐빈은 매우 깨끗하고, 거실은 난방이 되며, 천장 선풍기는 켜져 있습니다. 산과 숲의 온도차가 매우 큰 것 같습니다. 함께 지내는 중국인 가족도 있다. 모든 사람이 채팅을 할 수 있고 제한을 느끼지 않을 수 있습니다. 방은 크지 않고 욕실의 세면 도구는 매우 완벽합니다. 다행히 위층 방은 우리 가족의 방입니다. 아무도 욕실을 공유하지 않았습니다. 나는 이미 이 집이 100년 동안 말했다고 말했다. 이렇게 보관할 수 있습니다. 이미 아주 좋습니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑이 있으며 차를 몰고 가야하며 슈퍼마켓 가격이 약간 높으며 저녁 식사는 레스토랑에서 직접 해결하는 것이 좋으며 아침 식사는 슈퍼마켓에서 구입할 수 있으므로 목조 주택의 주방 쓸모가 없다. 체크아웃할 때 열쇠를 문 우편함에 직접 던지면 누군가가 청소해 줄 것입니다.

콘도는 상태가 좋았으며 새로운 카펫과 페인트를 사용했지만 매우 깨끗했지만 !!! 콘도의 크기는 완벽했고 안뜰 문에서 바다를 볼 수있었습니다. 부엌은 깨끗한 멋진 요리로 잘 제공되었습니다. 세탁기 / 건조기는 우리가 사용한 멋진 기능이었습니다! 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 도움이되었고 친절했습니다. 주차는 포함되었고 찾기 쉬웠습니다. Condo는 Kona Inn 쇼핑과 Hwy 11에 사용 된 바이패스 도로에 가깝습니다. 확실히 거기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다 !!! 다른 손님이 한 일을 읽는 것이 너무 재미있었습니다!

서비스 편의시설 모두 최고였습니다 누군가가 신행을위한 호텔을추천한다면 망설이지않고 웨스틴 하푸나 라고 했는데 이유를 알거같습니다. 2박하고 코나인 힐로아웃이라 볼케이노숙박전에 동선때문에 킹캠왔는데 그냥쭉 웨스틴에서 쉬다가 바로 볼케이노쪽 숙박으로 갈걸 후회하고 있습니다 비싸지만 그만큼 값어치 합니다. 고민하시는분들 주저마시고 선택하세요 강추입니다. 음식은... 별로인거 인정합니다ㅎㅎㅎ

아침 식사는 매우 간단합니다. 가게는 체크인 전에 테이블 위의 냉장고에 넣어둡니다. 주변 환경은 무적이며 조용하고 취합니다. 더블룸이 예약되어 있습니다. 아이가 있는 세 사람은 겨우 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 접수원은 일찍 퇴근했고 가게는 남아 있었다. 봉투는 리셉션 사무실 문의 외벽에 있습니다. 받으신 후 방을 찾아 체크인 하시면 됩니다. 방 열쇠는 집 안의 탁자 위에 있습니다. 여기의 환경은 정말 훌륭하고 우뚝 솟은 나무로 둘러싸여 있으며 경험은 훌륭합니다!

這是個喜歡火山大自然慢慢欣賞的地方，白天可以去火山徒步，晚上正好碰到阿斯特拉彗星，自己可以做飯，不過需要在希洛充足購買包括水，周邊加油站裏水比油貴，很安靜，住的人不多時很不錯，鳥語花香，住了一週，房間112年，維護一般。
