This beautiful newly built home is located in the quiet residential University Park neighborhood. Located within walking distance from a diverse offering of restaurants, bars, shops, and parks and only a short jaunt to the University of Portland makes this house a convenient place to stay while in Portland. It was thoughtfully designed with cathedral ceilings that allow for an ample amount of light. The light is easily filtered with motor operated blinds. When sleeping in the upstairs bedroom, you will awake to sounds of a variety of birds that dwell in the surrounding canopy of trees.This is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home with a separate gated entrance and private garden. It is fully furnished with all new appliances, cookware, and linens. It has a washer/ dryer, air conditioning, and a dual fuel stove. This 800 sq ft home has been tastefully decorated and is very inviting. It is located 1/2 mile from the University of Portland and 1 mile from the quaint neighborhood of St. Johns with a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and parks. The beautiful St. Johns Bridge and Cathedral Park are just a 1-mile walk from the home. The nearest grocery store New Seasons is located just three blocks down the street and McKenna Park is just one block behind the home. Fred Meyer shopping is located just four blocks away. There is a designated off street parking spot for two vehicles . Feel at home in our spacious craftsman in North Portland's Overlook neighborhood. Lovely and walkable area, close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and Adidas campus. Built in 1909, home retains beautiful vintage character with modern comforts and sits on a large yard with a barrel sauna. Easy access to I-5, Max trains and bus line.Great spot for families, friends, or business travelers. The property is shared with a separate apartment where your hosts, Colin & Holly reside.This home is located in a family friendly walkable neighborhood just north of downtown. Near bars, restaurants, parks, a dispensary, and the Adidas campus - you are only a short 2 minute walk to great local spots. The house is situated just above the street. A stone staircase takes you up to your private porch. The front door opens to a formal foyer and staircase up to the 2nd floor. High ceilings and an open floor plan on the main floor include a large living room, well-stocked kitchen and south facing dining room lined with windows and plants. Main floor bathroom has ample space with a large tiled shower and separate soaking tub.Kitchen includes counter top toaster oven, full size appliances, microwave, French press, coffee maker and electric kettle. Dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware are provided. The kitchen is also stocked with all basic essentials, roasted ground coffee, and a selection of teas. Large master bedroom (queen bed) with it's own en suite, and smaller bedroom (full bed) are located upstairs, each with their own skylight (including the bathroom!). Bedroom on main floor (queen bed) is located off the dining area. Backyard Sauna requires instruction from the hosts prior to use. Each booking includes one complimentary visit per week. Additional sauna use is $10 per). Parking is not a problem on our street and there is almost always a spot directly in front of the house, it is free, and no permit is required.The property is shared with a tiny house in the back yard and a separate apartment, with its own entrance, in the basement of the main house where hosts, Colin & Holly reside.Guests will have access to the front porch, main floor, top floor and (with request for access) laundry room in the basement. Front porch, back deck and yard are available to guests - back patio, yard and laundry roomare shared spaces. There is a dog on the property, friendly with adults and children. Please contact host with dog questions.Easy access to public transportation band highway. Roughly a 20-30 minute ride on the Yellow line Max train to downtown, or a 5-10 minute drive. We are also close to Kenton and Mississippi neighborhoods, Adidas campus, Portland Community College and University of Portland.We are approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, 65 miles to Mt. Hood, 1.5 hours to the Oregon Coast (Cannon Beach), 3 hours to Seattle, 45 minutes to Oregon Wine Country and 3.5 hours from Central Oregon (Bend/Mt. 유스호스텔에 처음 묵었는데 아래층에 식당이 있어서 주방이 없는 공용공간을 사용하는게 아쉽네요. 그러나 나는 그들에게 뜨거운 물을 요청할 수 있습니다. 나는 12명이 침대에 머물렀다. 그 결과 나만 왔을 때. 다른 사람과 함께 큰 집에 살았기 때문에 우리 둘은 너무 운이 좋았습니다. 화장실도 매우 깨끗합니다. 여기서 2박을 잤는데 문제가 없습니다. 근처에 주차공간 찾기가 조금 어렵습니다. 아침에 일어나면 커피, 신선한 우유, 오트밀 우유가 제공됩니다. 가게 전체의 장식은 매우 복고풍입니다. 아침에 레스토랑이 열리지 않을 때 흔들 수 있습니다.

우리는 3 박 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 호텔의 디자인은 스튜디오처럼 심플하고 심플합니다. 방은 더 넓고 침대는 편안합니다. 주변 환경도 도심에 좋습니다. 방의 조명에 약간의 문제가 있었고, 커피머신에 놓여진 캐비닛은 거의 눈에 띄지 않았습니다. 열리지 않는 창문이 있긴 하지만 자연의 공기를 낭비하게 하고 호텔 자체에서 강조하는 환경 보호 개념에 부합하지 않습니다. 아마 새 호텔이라 공기 순환이 잘 안되고 맛이 좀 있음 (아직은 인정)

호텔 위치가 비교적 외진곳이라 주차는 어렵지 않습니다. 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐이 큰게 문제이고 1층으로 가기가 꺼려집니다. 나는 방의 문에서 정체를 알 수 없는 맛이 난다. 욕실의 맛이라고 생각합니다. 진한 카레 맛으로 주의 깊게 확인해야 합니다. 새것같지 않은 접힌 부분이 눈에 띄며, 소통 후 변경하여 보내드립니다. 가구는 녹청이 있는 것 같았고, 카펫은 다소 선정적이어서 예약을 위해 추가 조식을 포기했습니다.

아침 식사는 내가 경험 한 것 중 가장 다양하지 않습니다. 정사각형 가방, 아침 시리얼, 우유, 요구르트, 커피, 차, 더 이상은 없습니다! 호텔방에 들어서자마자 카페트의 더러운 냄새가 나고, 구식 에어컨 소리가 시끄러웠다. 방의 카페트 아래 바닥이 정말 너무 낡았고 바닥에서 삐걱 거리며 평평하지 않습니다. 무료 주차 만 더 편리합니다. 더 이상 오고 싶지 않아요.
