The cottage is an an ideal location. The cottage has two separate private bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom a full size Brd with another Roll Away bed. One Bathwih a stall shower. NEW OUTDOOR SHOWER and changing room. Very private. Both bedrooms have luxurious bed linens and towels! The kitchen is loaded with everything you need......Including a Lobster Pot. The cottage is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fully stocked with spices and utensils . Essential cooking tools, Plates,, pots & pans, etc. wine, champagne and drinking glasses.The living area has hi-speed internet, smart TV with full cable access, TV, Books, board games, novelty games and cards. Bring your personal amenities and perishable food supplies.The backyard is very private and feels like a sanctuary. The outdoor shower with hot and cold running water is great day or evening. The outdoor seating area is a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. Have a glass of wine Have dinner under the pergola, fully lit with beautiful lighting or sit on the back deck at the high top table and chairs. If you want to stay home and BBQ use the Webber grill. Relax with ocean breezesParadise Cottage is a 15 minute walk to pristine Satchuest Beach, and a short drive to everything that Newport has to offer. This completely freshened farm setting Paradise Avenue home will keep you extremely comfortable in the downtime while exploring Aquidneck Island. The home spaciously sleeps 6 adults and 2 children (for 8 overnight guests total). The interior is comfortably decorated with quality furniture and linens. All 6 beds are very comfortable allowing for great rest. The house maitains a very quiet and tranquil feel throughout the day and into the nights.The kitchen is fully equipped with Gas range, cooking accouterments and quality appliances updated in 2022.The grounds and outdoor area are beutifully kept and will allow for enjoyable early evening summer dining. There are multiple outdoor areas to utilize including a Teak dining table with 8 chairs, a wicker full sectional couch, lounger chairs, hot tub and spa, and an outdoor shower. The yard wraps all the way around the house and is fenced and walled for little ones to explore with mom and dad close by. Our cleaning team meticulously prepares the house between each guest and we take great pride in maintaining and readying the house for our guests.————————————————THE NEIGHBORHOOD The Paradise Valley area is one of Middletown’s most appreciated and desirable neighborhoods. It is very important to us that our guests enjoy their time - but also that they treat the property and neighbors with great respect. Most of the neighbors have resided on Paradise Ave for generations and Paradise avenue is a Beloved street in Middletown. We need our guests to feel the same gratitude as we do to use the home and to respect the Middletown Ordinances and Short Term Rental rules that are printed and on display at the home. Being loud outside at night is frowned upon. We seek not to have partiers at our Home - but instead - to have appreciative people who are looking for a quiet and tranquil space that they can enjoy with close friends and family. Never can we have more than 3 cars on the property. Never can we have more than 6 adults or 8 guests total. Never can we have guests disrespectful at any time or excessively loud outside after 9 pm. These rules are established by the town. ___________________________Security, Surveillance, and Smart Devices Rarely do we have issues on the property where guest bring too many cars and/or too many poeple. Becuase of the few-and-far-between instances when this has happened, we unfortunatly were put in the postion where we had to take more action. As a consequence in our second season on 8/11/2023 we did install 3 security cameras on the property. - Camera 1 - faces the parking pad so that we can monitor how many cars are on the property since its is a code violation when more than 3 cars are there. - Camera 2 - faces the driveway entrance so we can monitor the possible other parking spots that folks may try to utilize. - Camera 3 - is a nest door bell on the back door. We only monitor these devices when there is an issue. If any guest is uncomfortable with these devices or their locations please contact me before booking and staying so we can disucss. Unfortunately we cannot accpet cancelation exceptions for reasons related to these security features. This disclosure is in accordance with VRBOs surveillance rules and regulations. Additionally, We NEVER use any video or sound recording devices inside the home. We DO have the ability to monitor and control: - the thermostat for heat and air conditioning- locking and unlocking the door- Turning exterior lights on and off or according to schedule- Testing and troubleshooting internet / wifi connections when there are issues using 3rd party local licnesed IT company. Divine LOCATION!! A great share property for friends or family! Lovely, sunlit, charming gathering spot!! Late JULY is open! The yard is private, peaceful and fenced!! So perfect for kids or pets! Quiet tucked away neighborhood where kids can ride bikes and pets can be walked to beach! This cottage is quintessential Newport with charm galore and a perfectly maintained. This delightful 1910 standalone cottage is a quick walk to Easton's Beach and the world-famous Cliff Walk! Location! Location! Grab an early morning coffee and enjoy the majestic views from the Cliff Walk or the Esplanade before heading to the beach! Quick walk to second beach too and very close to all downtown Newport has to offer! Shopping, dining and the active bar scene and world famous dining! Lovely area! "At Last" has the charm of old New England with modern amenities and new furnishings! This house is delightful and charming with a private yard for grilling, entertaining, pets and kids. The yard is fenced in and has a sweet garden/privacy hedge surrounding it, making it perfect for those lazy summer days and nights. (there is also an outdoor shower, but not enclosed) Private and quiet location! Sip cocktails on the back deck which has seating for 8, while watching the kids play in the sweet, garden accented backyard. You will find both the king and queen bedrooms are on the second floor, with the bathroom located on the first. (please make note that the stairs are the steep ship stairs- aware with young children and older adults). The king-sized bedroom is large and sunlit and there is enough room to set up and air mattress if needed for kids or guests. You will find a smart TV also located in the king-sized bedroom. The queen size bedroom is charming and delightful with under the bed drawers and a large mirror. Both bedrooms have new mattresses (which we have received many compliments on) and furnishings. In the hallway between the two bedrooms there is a vanity makeup area and some extra space. You will find the cottage fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, gas grill, wine glasses, and two TV's with Fire stick remotes. (One TV in the large bedroom and the second is located in the living room). The sofa is a queen pull-out (please bring sheets if you plan to use) for an overnight guest or 2. We are dog friendly with a small fee.. Laundry and AC window units! Unbeatable location! Divine cottage! Parking for 3 cars, or more depending on their size. Come spend a week at "At Last"! Very close to the activities in downtown Newport too. Will consider monthly rentals during winter season, just ask for pricing! We have had many parents of St. George's and Salve book for sports season to come and enjoy their kids competing! Ask for winter pricing! Truly a lovely and quiet place that will not disappoint! The apartment is the first floor unit of a two-family building that enters at ground level and includes 4-bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 living spaces, and outdoor space to enjoy. The layout includes a full kitchen with dining space plus two bedrooms on the first level. Both bedrooms walk out to the backyard through sliding doors and have connecting bathrooms, one of which is accessible from the hallway for common use. Downstairs is the living room with queen bed sofa pullout, two additional bedrooms, and a shared bath. Laundry is also accessible for guest use on the lower level. This unique property is located in Renfrew Park, a private neighborhood of stately Victorian mansions spread around a 5 acre private park which were built during Newport’s Gilded Age as summer getaways for New York’s wealthy social class. 호텔은 좋은 위치에 있으며 많은 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑으로 둘러싸여 있으며 여러 맨션에서 멀지 않은 해변까지 운전할 수 있습니다. 호텔의 수영장은 1층에 있으며 멋지게 보입니다. 방은 크고 냉장고와 전자레인지, 무료 아침 식사, 시리얼, 주스, 차, 커피, 요구르트, 과일 및 소시지, 절인 고기, 계란, 빵, 스낵 등이 있습니다. 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 2주전에 미리 설정해놓고 이틀전에 집값을 보니 2주전보다 거의 200위안 가까이 싼 가격이다.

Stayed there 3 nights Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was nothing fancy but was fine. They have waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal and danishes. Coffee was very good plus usual juices.

The inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist. We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well. The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :) I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that.

優點： ①房間是套間非常大，衹住一個晚上的很多電器用不上（大冰箱大洗碗機大微波爐） ②房間的咖啡比大堂的香好喝 ③門口有60路公交大巴，來回普羅維登斯和紐波特碼頭很方便，才2刀一人有座位 缺點：早餐太太太難吃了，在普羅維登斯同品牌酒店住了三天過來的，那邊早餐有變化挺滿意，這家可不行！
