Whether you are up for a funfilled couple days on the slopes or attending a beautiful summer wedding, maybe a day of mountain biking or hiking, Enjoy our 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow that sleeps six. We have all the comforts of home less than 1/2 mile to the best hiking, mountain biking and skiing in the Pacific Northwest. You’ll enjoy the comforts of home but not break the bank financially. We are the largest ski resort in Idaho. Wake up each morning with a beautiful view and go to bed at night with lights of the village. Enjoy dining, coffee and boutique shopping during your stay not only at the resort but also in downtown Sandpoint Idaho. Free WiFi and Smart TV. We are part of a locked four unit building that we will provide a secure door code for you to enter. Lots of room for your sporting toys. We use the Nest connection door lock system as you directly enter the condo for ease of entry and ensure your belongings are safe. This also includes a camera system outside the door. You can store your ski equipment and any other gear just outside our condo entrance. We pride ourselves in a very clean organized home for your stay. Yes we have an air conditioning unit for the hot summer days :o) Living room: Enjoy the comforts of a reclining couch maybe to relax and watch your favorite family movie together or watch the falling snow outside the large windows. Kitchen: You will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook a great meal. We provide all of your cutlery, paper products, dish towels and dishes in addition to many kinds of gadgets and cleaning products. Sleeping accommodations: Bedroom 1: This room has enough space to accommodate 4 with a bunk bed (twin over full) and an additional twin bed. Bedroom 2: New Queen mattress with a dresser, night stand, table lamp and lounge chair. >oth bedrooms have room to hang your ski coats and gear as well as full dressers. We also provide a “Pak-n-Play” for your littlest if needed. Bathroom: Full tub and shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Towels and wash cloths provided. New construction in 5 Needles at White Pine building. We are a mountain loving family excited to share our little slice of heaven on Schweitzer with you. This cozy two bedroom sleeps 6 comfortably but up to 9. Two convenient ski lockers make for a true ski in/out experience. Huckleberry Haus is a custom cabin (not a condo) that sleeps up to 6 guests! It’s sits on a private lot that backs up against a creek. With ample parking, hot tub, and close proximity to the village and hiking trails, you are sure to have a wonderful adventure here!The Main House has a private king bedroom, a full bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. It also has a loft with two twin beds that’s perfect for the kiddos. If you prefer not to sleep in the loft, the sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper for extra sleeping space. Separate from the main house and just across the deck is the Guest Cottage with a queen bed and private bathroom and shower. Other bonuses of Huckleberry Haus: -Access to mountain biking trails right out your door!⁃Your feet will always feel cozy as they hit the radiant floor heating through the house and garage.-Your own private sledding hill, sleds included!⁃You’ll easily settle in as you effortlessly leverage the kitchen and high-end appliances. -Your own private sledding hill on property with sleds provided!⁃And most importantly, you’ll restore and relax after all your adventures as you soak under the stars in the outdoor hot tub. - Extra fun regardless of the season include walking distance to mountain biking trails, large selection of board games, DVDs and kids toys, access to a year round creek behind the property and a true escape to relax and unplug!As a year-round destination, summer provides excellent mountain biking and hiking trails literally out your back door. Running behind the cabin you’ll wander by a peaceful stream as you meet up with the small connector trail that gives you immediate access to the Little Sand Creek Basin Trail system. During the months of July or August you can pick huckleberries in the front yard and all over the mountainside (hence our namesake). No matter the season, food, outdoor adventure and fun await you at the Village just a 2-3 minute drive away. Please note: For security purposes only, there is property surveillance on the exterior of the house/outdoor spaces surrounding the house.As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a crackling fireplace and a smart TV for your entertainment. Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances and utensils.Unwind in the soothing hot tub, or take advantage of the free WiFi to stay connected. FairBridge looks like an older hotel, but Management has done a good job of keeping it clean, maintained and have worked to update rooms (finishes, furnishings, digital PTAC's, etc.). My one night stay was comfortable, room was clean and well put together. Complimentary breakfast for a property of this size was sufficient with two Golden Malted waffle makers, cold and instant hot cereals, boiled eggs, fruit (apples this time of year), coffee, teas, milk and at least one juice choice. Though the hotel was quiet on the night of my stay, I would guess given the age of original construction, sound proofing is not likely up to current standards, so if one is overly sensitive to outside disturbances, it may not be the right choice during peak ski season. But for the rest of us, is absolutely satisfactory.
