Beautiful condo just steps from shops, restaurants, Kona Pier and a sandy beach with calm waters that is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. Roof top deck overlooks the starting line for Ironman, has impressive views of the bay and is the perfect location to view for local parades. A large screened in lanai has relaxing views of the historic 200 year old Mokuaikaua church. The seating area includes the perfect place to unwind after a long day of swimming and exploring. The lanai also has a full size pull out sofa bed for those that would enjoy sleeping outside. The two roof top decks are just a short one minute walk from the condo. They offer a perfect place to drink your coffee and enjoy the ocean view, barbecue or read a book. They have two gas barbecues(one on each deck,) lounge chairs and tables with chairs. The deck on third level also has a lending library, perfect for anyone who needs a new book to read. The home boasts a new king size bed (purchased August 2023,) new appliances and updated furnishings and decor. Enjoy the large master bedroom with 50 inch tv, ceiling fan and large closet. The living has a full size pull out sofa bed, large ceiling fan and another 50 inch tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including a kuerig coffee maker for single cups of coffee and a traditional coffee pot. A new A/C unit was installed in the living area of the home in June 2024. The unit is a larger unit that quickly cools the home. The air does travel back to the bedroom area, but an A/C unit has not been installed in the bedroom at this time. There are several fans available to assist in pushing the A/C to the bedroom area and does provide some cooling. Overall the home stays very cool with the A/C unit on. There is also a nice breeze from the bay, especially in the evening that cools down the home. You can open the double sliding glass doors in the living area and enjoy the nice breeze and fresh air. The home is fully stocked with towels, linens, blankets, and beach towels. Two beach chairs, umbrella, collapsible wagon and a small cooler. Tupperware is provided so you are able to make the perfect picnic lunch on the beach. There is also a queen size blow up air mattress available, perfect for parents who want their littles ones in the master bedroom with them or for the teenager who wants their own bed.Condo is located on the third floor, just steps from the elevator. The quiet location offers ease of the amenities in the complex, including pool, two roof decks, and parking for one vehicle. The location is amazing! Coffee shop, cafe, and bike rental just downstairs. A few minute walk to the Kona Farmers Market (open daily,) restaurants including Pancho and Lefty’s Mexican cuisine, Canoes, Papa Kona’s ( the perfect place to sit in the morning and get a view of the dolphins in the bay,) Fish Hoppers and many more. Lots of shops to visit for the perfect gift or to pick up essentials. 20 minutes from Kona Airport (8.7 miles) 5 minutes from Safeway (0.5 miles) 6 minutes from Walmart (0.6 miles) 7 minutes from Target (1.4 miles) 10 minutes from Costco (4.4 miles) 10 minutes from Alula (Turtle) Beach (3.9 miles)38 minutes from Hapuna Beach (32 miles) 2 hours from Volcanoes National Park (94 miles) • Please note this property is a non-smoking/vaping property. Smoking is not allowed in the home, on the lanai or in common areas in the complex. 주변에 식당많고 주변 접근성 좋으며, 주차비가 있지만 즈차공간이 넓어 좋아요. 방은 충분히 넓고, 청결도도 괜찮은 편입니다. 위층에 걸어다니는 소음이 너무 크네요. 조식이 좀 더 다양하면 좋을듯. 대체적으로 만족 합니다~

This condo is in an ideal location, steps to the Kailua pier, the beach and all of the shops, restaurants and night clubs in downtown Kailua Kona. A very roomy, open beam loft style top floor condo which has been recently remodeled. Cool off after a day at the beach with air conditioning on both levels. The mermaid loft is a quiet location in the center of town. The condo includes all the essentials, full kitchen, washer and dryer, free parking space, and pool/hot tub/BBQ area. Look at the ocean from your private balcony, then suit up, walk down, and jump in! This spacious well-appointed condominium (nearly 1000 ft.²) with vaulted ceilings, features a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi with washer, and dryer. Located in very well-maintained Kailua Bay Resort in the heart of Kona. Shop the Farmer's Market or the specialty shops along Ali'i Drive. Enjoy the conveniently located spa, swimming pool, and poolside barbecues. The condominium is fully equipped for our guest's enjoyment including; boogie boards, beach chairs and towels, coolers, strollers, and crib. Watch over 300 television channels. You will be less than 1 mile away from the ocean and walking distance to shopping, dining, groceries stores, bowling, and gyms.The spaceStart your morning sipping coffee on the private lanai with a peek-a-boo ocean view.LIVING AREAEveryone can join in the conversation while in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. More than enough seating inside or on the lanai to enjoy a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. On nights that you feel like staying in, relax on the sofa and stream your favorite show on the 55” tv. The living room also has a memory foam queen size pullout bed. Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided.The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal with a starter supply of spices and oils. We provide triple-filtered water, eliminating the need for you to purchase bottled water. Don't worry about the clean up as the kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and dishwasher pods. 위치도 좋고 허니문이라고 했을때 서비스도 너무 좋았으나, 방에 개미가 너무 많고 ㅜㅜ 아이언맨 경기 기간이였는데 토요일에 행사를 아침 6시부터 해서 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 행사 기간과 청결만 좋았다면 완벽한 곳이이에요

방도 많고, 발코니도 크고, 먼지 한 점 없이 모든 것이 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있습니다. 세탁기, 건조기, 전자레인지, 오븐 등이 있습니다. 실제로 주거형 스위트룸입니다. 커뮤니티에 주택이 많이 있으며, 해변과 매우 가깝습니다. 조금 멀고, 화산도 보고 공항까지 가려면 멀어요. 하와이 빅아일랜드에서는 렌트카가 꼭 필요해요. 주변에 먹을 곳도 별로 없고 맛도 별로 없어요. 본 ”호텔”은 사실상 ”TIME SHARE” 즉, 공동구매, 공동임대, 아웃소싱을 의미하며, 윈덤호텔그룹에서 관리하고 있습니다. 체크인 시 판매 홍보가 될 수 있으니 주의하세요. 전복을 좋아한다면 공항에 가기 전 공항 옆에 있는 대규모 양식장에서 일본 아주머니가 운영하는 트럭의 별미를 맛보세요.

침실 2개와 거실 1개가 아주 잘 되어있습니다. 6인, 4개의 방이 있고 거실에는 이동식 침대가 있습니다. 욕실도 2개 있습니다. 머물기에 매우 편안합니다. 그런데 에어컨은 없고 방 하나에 에어컨 수납장이 있는데 사용하려면 추가 비용을 내야 합니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 꽤 새롭고 사용하기 편하지만, 거실 침대에서 자고 있는 사람들에게는 기계 돌아가는 소리가 들린다. 주방에는 직접 요리를 하려는 분들을 위한 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 호텔에서 차로 5분 이내의 거리에 대형 슈퍼마켓과 상업 센터가 있습니다. 저녁 9시에 도착했는데 프런트는 이미 업무를 마쳤습니다. 그런데 프런트 문 앞에 전용 전화번호가 있으니 전화해서 성을 말하면 비밀번호를 알려줍니다. 객실 열쇠가 보관되어 있는 자물쇠 상자에서 열쇠를 직접 수령하실 수 있습니다. 모든 건물에 엘리베이터가 없어 상당히 불편합니다. 게다가 이 방의 가장 나쁜 점은 도로 쪽 창문이 전통적인 통창이 아닌 유리 셔터로 되어 있어 간격이 크고 소음이 너무 많다는 점입니다. 밤에는 차가 적어서 할 수 있는데, 오전 6시 이후에는 차가 너무 많아서 길가에서 자는 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 잠이 오지 않는 학생은 신중하게 선택해야 합니다.
