It also helps that the Walker's Point neighborhood is known as a foodie hub!The home is from 1880 and although it's been fixed up, we made sure to keep a lot of its original charm. From the arched doorways to the dining room built-ins, the home is sprinkled with detail.Welcome to the Pink Door Place!THE SPACE:This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. I have stayed here before and the location and price were right. This time however I was very disappointed and honestly feel I should recieve a refund do to the condition of the room. For starters there were roaches behind the bed and by the desk area and the carpet was seemed together terribly . Did not appear that the room was cleaned very well at all. Then I went to take a shower and notice it had zip ties and tinfoil holding some of the shower head together. I had a first floor room and the window latch was broken as well. This was very dissatisfying and definetly made it hard to sleep after noticing roaches behind the bed . I usually never leave reviews if I’m not satisfied with something but I feel an obligation to leave this review to prevent any traveling business people from picking this hotel because the location is great but it is a party hotel if you ask me. I would definetly like to be refunded for this terrible experience.

My husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

Even so there is a small small next to the checkin where you can get a small selection of useful items including foods for the microwave to prepare in your room. Also there is an ice machine on the second floor and soon to be open chapel

호텔이 크고 객실이 큽니다. 태초에 에피소드가 있었다. 프론트 데스크의 아주머니는 누군가가 이미 살았던 방을 우리에게 주었습니다. 다행히 부끄러운 짓을 하는 사람은 없었다. 그렇지 않으면 큰 ~~~이고 젊은 아가씨가 곧 우리에게 새 방을 줄 것입니다. 체크인 후 잠시 후 전화를 걸어 생활습관이 있는지, 만족하는지, 다른 문제는 없는지 등을 물어보긴 했지만 무척이나 신경을 많이 썼다. 호텔에 실내수영장도 있는데 소독약 냄새가 너무 강해요. 가장 만족스러운 것은 조식입니다. 모두 미국식 아침식사지만, 더 맛있고 다양합니다.
