Waterfront house with a private beach overlooking Long Island Sound waters in a quiet residential area.Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with newly installed dishwasher and gas range, dining area with dining table that sits 8, and cozy living room with leather sofas and 55” TV.Relax on the fully furnished, oversized patio/deck that has plenty of sitting spots and another dining table that fits 10.Take long walks on the beach or stride on the Silver Sand boardwalk that starts steps away from the house and is overlooking Silver Sands park .Barbecue on the deck using either gas or wood grill (both are available).Dine at the excellent Greek Spot Cafe & Grill just 3 min walk from the house. Many more cafes, restaurants, and bars are in the town, short drive away.Metro North is 6 min drive, 30 min walk or a short bus ride from the house. The train gets to Grand Central in under 100 minutes. Two dedicated working desks for remote work or study. One of the desks is height-adjustable with 30" ultra-wide curved monitor.One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and is accessible without climbing stairs.
