The property offers a beautiful, landscaped yard with outdoor seating and a beautiful lake view. Just steps away is Lake Ella Park with a gazebo and a walking trail around the lake. Location, location, location conveniently located minutes from the Capitol, 10 mins to Hospitals and 1.8 miles from FSU!The space: Enter through your private entrance and into your large single room with floor-to-ceiling windows and queen bed. This unit features its own kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and all utensils. It also comes with a closet and a 2020 renovated private full bathroom! Large front yard and fenced backyard for your enjoyment. Perfect for all travel and offers a laptop-friendly workspace with fast internet and reliable Wi-Fi for work-from-home travelers.Guest access: Guests will have a well-lit private entrance leading to their unit, and shared use of the yard and the washer and dryer.Other details to note:All rooms are bleached post-check-out and again before check-in due to Covid-19. We also provide additional linen/towels for longer-term stays. This unit books fast and is usually booked for several days/weeks at a time. So, if this is not available, please check out our other units!Although check in is 3 PM... as long as your unit of choice has been cleaned and inspected, we would be happy to be flexible to your traveling needs. The units fill quickly, and our cleaning staff stay busy, so please allow 24 hours for late checkout requests.Family pets are welcome if they have flea RX and current shots. We do charge a non-refundable fee/each pet.Parking is available either on the street or in the Lake Ella parking lot. This particular unit we call "The Roost" located on the second floor of the home Apt A. All pictures shown are the vrbo listing, nothing is shared with other units.. Two bedroom/two bathroom loft With a full kitchen. Includes a washer and dryer as well! Take your pick and relax on one of the 3 patios on the property. Sit around the fire-pit with family or friends and enjoy a true mid-town ambiance. On the weekends you can here live music from Brass Tap from the patios. Two car garage Parking! Beautiful spacious rooms. We've got everything you need! From toiletries, full linen closet and All and any cooking utensils. Within a block of The Roost we have "Brass Tap" a local craft beer bar. Here you can grab a new beer and enjoy some great food with a great open atmosphere. If you want a more quiet night-out, Midtown Caboose is within walking distance .If you are looking for a longer stay, feel free to message us about weekly and monthly quotes . We actually found a pepperoni under the desk and there were smudge marks of some sort on one of the blankets, but as soon as I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could send somebody up to clean the room, he didn’t hesitate and when I came back, the room was absolutely clean

Our stay at this Hilton facility lived up to our expectations as most Hilton locations do. The staff was friendly and professional, our room was clean and fresh. We did not use any of the other amenities but the pool and lounge area looked nice. We will continue to choose Hilton Suites when available.

Great location, great service, breakfast was unexpectedly nice. Hotel rooms are a little dated, but the service was good. Pool was refreshing. We got a discount voucher for a nearby restaurant which we used which was also good. Would stay again.
