솔직히 말해서,이 숙박 경험은 좋지 않습니다. 씨트립에서 N개의 호텔을 예약했는데 문제가 없었습니다. 이번에 발생한 문제는 매우 말할 수 없습니다. 아이가 둘이기 때문에 씨트립에서 트윈룸을 예약했습니다. 호텔 프론트에서 씨트립에서 호텔 예약할때 더블룸이라고 하더라구요! 씨트립에서 프론트에 주문했는데 예약시 씨트립에서 침대를 지정해야 한다고 하네요. 씨트립 고객센터에 문의해보니 더 말이 안되는건 씨트립 고객센터에서 씨트립의 더블베드 더블베드는 더블베드라고 하더라구요! !! 미국에서 25년 살았는데 이런 설명은 처음 들어보네요...글쎄요 씨트립님 대단하십니다! 결국 호텔에 여분의 트윈룸이 없었기 때문에 5일밖에 걸리지 않았을텐데... 자신의 실수를 인정하지 않는 기업. 미래가 어떨지 모르겠지만...
